Bunnings East Victoria Park

Very small both inside and parking outside. For other locations I don’t normally need to check if a common item is in stock but at this one many things simply aren’t stocked at all.

Dispute the above, the staff are all very nice and helpful.

All the staff at this bunnings are always so friendly and helpful. I phoned when I was due to arrive at closing time on a Monday night, not sure if theyd be open and desperate for a product I wasn't sure they'd have in stock. They assured me they did and that they would wait until I got there. When I arrived they greeted me and had two options of the products waiting on the counter for me to choose from! Thanked me and wished me a good night on my way out the door. Above and beyond with customer service. Can definately reccomend this store! Thank you to everyone!

Was unable to come in to the store due to COVID and the website was lacking details.
A lovely helpful staff was about to help me get some extra dimensions.

CC and Bruce (sorry if his name is incorrect but they know who they are awesome people very helpful.) A lot different to the two other twits l first meet and was palmed off to isle 7 by both of them. No customer service there. But could stand at the back of the store chatting away. Yes l am 72 but have some respect and help a customer out

Terrible parking and reduced range compared to other stores, but at the of the day "it's a Bunnings store"

Good staff, Wide range of products available. Pity about the tiny car park but there's plenty of parking behind Aldi or Super cheap auto.

I find this bunnings very convenient. Staff is also very friendly. Infact staff come to you and ask if you any help, unlike other stores.

Store itself is a tad small with no real plant section) : and the parking was really confusing and unclear.but the staff were super friendly and helpful

This is the best and biggest in Perth. Heaps of parking, lots of rope, cordless saws, lye, and black builders plastic sheet - very thick and waterproof. One stop shop, get in get out and right back to solving a problem that became a more annoying problem.

Amanda in special orders save the day for us. After finding out the only tiles we liked and ordered needed to be back ordered and wouldn't arrive until August at the earliest Amanda offered a refund or to swap the tiles but after hearing my partner and I were already an undesicive and picky couple she went the extra mile and found the tiles we'd chose in another location and couriered them to our local store within the week. Her boss should give her a bottle of prosseco

Good service, great little bunnings. I like the size of this one as it's harder to get lost. It doesn't have as big a range of course because of this.

Worst bunnings I've EVER been to. Okay, it's small but the worst experience was the attitude of the staff. Avoid if you can.

Staffs are friendly, store is tidy, parking is not hard to get eventhough its in a very busy area, location is very convenient.

I asked for a specific type of mop and was assured that have in stock, describe it to the salesperson she assured me that they have it when I got there they didn't have it.

Today called up about a specific type of rubbish bin spoke to someone they said they definitely have it when we got there we were given the wrong type of Bin.

Rubbish service.

Location is super convenient for me. Stocks almost every basic thing you need. Helpful and friendly staff. Car park used to be horrible but it's so much better now that they have expanded it.

VERY conveinient for me but the range is limited. I will always go there, but I'll usually be disappointed. P. S Bunnings. Buy more land in the same spot.

Had to do a click and collect for a wipper snipper at around 11am by 7pm it was ready to pick up. Great customer service as well

Front counter staffs not friendly but technical staff are very helpful. Other bunnings seems friendlier.

Only one person was of any help. The young girl on the counter needs to learn customer handling skills and an attitude adjustment. I felt like I was bothering them. The one star is for the one good employee who did help me.
