Bunnings Balcatta reviews
48Take ages to answer the phone and doesn't follow up on special orders. Bring back Marsters I say.
I am here at Bunnings. The lady named Tania was so rude as we came to her. She was so proud and was speaking so rudely to us. This is not the way to serve customers here. Balcatta Bunnings you need to improve your customer service. Else you will lose some good customers here. #Tania please be polite
#Gerard you are good, polite and helpful every time I visit here. I appreciate that.
Rude young girls at register/front the store, That is Manager’s job to teach them how to talk to customers!
Staff at self checkout so incredibly rude. Surprised the management tolerate such a terrible attitude to customers trying to pay. Mitre10 staff in Whitfords are so much more friendly and helpful
Got to be one of the biggest green boxes that I've entered. When other stores are out of stock I'd bet there's availability here. Sometimes it feels a little too big, but the Bunnings web site points you to the specific isle if you're not there to lose yourself for an hour or two.
I believe this to be the second best Bunnings in WA, with Mandurah winning that one in the deep south. Make the trip!
Great location. Friendly and professional service, excellent product knowledge and stock selection. Plenty of parking bays.
Does not stock parts for $180 shower sets that they are selling on display. When I asked to see if they could order parts in the solution proposed by sales rep was to replace pipes in wall. It took 15 minutes before sales rep would take my details so they could check with suppliers to see if and get back to me. As a shareholder in the parent company I am discussed.
Plenty of parking, extensive product range, unfortunately some staff are not trade savvy but most will try to be helpful.
Never answer the phone calls, i am trying to contact them from 3 days, calling 100 times no answer. What a great service
Plenty of car parking. Large shop. Larger plants area with wider selection of plants.
Friendly staff. Long queue at cashier.
Great store, very well laid out, plenty of friendly and helpful staff, store easy very clean and tidy. Definite 5 stars
Not great this visit.for a particular item was advised by Front of Store aisle 8 or 9.
That was a No & a No.
Wandered through a particular section at rear of store in the quest of locating the item.
No, then asked a Team Member who kindly advised down the end of the aisle, straight ahead along the back wall.
Found the item, bemused of the offering as packets of five, requiring only one for Mum.
Another Team Member approached 'yours truly ' pondering.
Advised if I had looked in aisle 10, then let him know I was originally advised 8 or 9.
The gentleman sounded annoyed then, then I asked if they were the same size packets.
No, only packets of two.
Thanked Him as I headed for aisle 10.
Just as well I did not have my 82yr old Mum accompanying myself.
Located a packet of two of the item; a convenient buy.
A 10min. Customer Shopping Experience ended within 30min!
Don’t really go often, but when I need something for something I am working on – especially on a Sunday; Bunnings is really convenient way to go.
Customer service needs improving at the refund desk area in regards to queuing.
Children behind the counter who cannot help about returned/defect goods PATHETIC BUNNINGS… pay peanuts get MONKEYS
Do shopping a lot in this store. Staff are quite friendly and helpful. Store is fairly big answering almost all our needs. Thanks Bunnings
This is usually one of the busier Bunnings in the area and is very hectic on the weekends. It is like other stores where the staff numbers really do not seem to meet the volume of customers that pass through the doors.
The majority of the staff are helpful but there are the ones that seem to be over it and don't want to deal with another customer. But hey, everyone is entitled to have a bad day.
As a dog owner I know the places that are suitable for taking your fur mate and really do not get this whole "take your dog to Bunnings" thing. Assistance animals? Absolutely! Your family pet? Totally unnecessary.and a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Overall, it's just another Bunnings, but it's pretty big and usually well stocked. What is surprising is that they actually mulch the carpark garden areas. Yep, that's a weird thing to notice.
Love this bunnings! The staff are so helpful they mostly have what im looking for the shop is very organized and clean and they are re ally involved with the community and the staff seem to be locals and welcome and interact with the local regualr customers which is lovely.they seem to do quite a few family events which brings the locals together and the kids love coming to Bunnings which is a big tick for me lol
Easy to find your way through out the store that supports tradesman and weekend handyman alike.
