33The app needs to be updated regularly because to show an item as being in stock only to find its not when you go into the store is not good enough. Being told you might be able to find it in the Harrisdale store is not good enough either.
My click and collect never arrived. I phoned the Bunnings ‘help line’, which told me to contact my nearest Bunnings store. It happened to be Willetton… I was about to give up after 10 minutes, only to be told that my order was not on their register. I then phoned Cannington, prompt answer, but also didn’t have my details, but they managed to ascertain that my purchase was at Armadale. Eventually, they found the item (a birthday present), didn’t know why it wasn’t delivered… holding thumbs for delivery tomorrow!
My first visit as this is the only store that sells lamp shades. Easy to get to and park. Because of the app I found what I was looking for in the store quickly. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I took my pup for his first visit. But he was very overwhelmed.
It’s like an inconvenience to help No one around and if there is it’s too much trouble Terrible service
Good store nice and clean decent prices. Customer service pretty good, staff are usually helpful and nice to talk to for advice. Stock levels good can't complain.
Staff always friendly and helpful, just wish sometimes bunnings would employ older people who know things rather than young kids who constantly say no I don't know will need to ask, I know its a money thing but sometimes experience is better than cost saving

As older shoppers my husband in wheelchair, we are very appreciative of the help we get, but one lady stand# out for us at the Armadale store in WA, little dawn is always ready with a smile and a greeting for us
Always ready to help even if she is busy moving stuff around, she will come to our aid, most recently we purchased some garden furniture she came to help me store it in our car, Always a smile.

Bunnings is the best shop to get what you need. I look up items to find out where to find things in store which is very useful.
Bought five bags of fire wood and they must have been left out in the rain as all of the wood is physically wet and impossible to light
Love walking around Bunnings to look for something that you need and you go into quickly to get something that you need and come out with a trolley of stuff that catched your eyes as you walked past.
Just another Bunnings store, noticing some items are getting more expensive but quality still pretty low

I have visited a few but always come back to the one in Armadale.they seem to have the friendliest staff.
Customer service is non existent. Twice i used there special order desk. Twice disappointed. Told two weeks for an item to arrive. Had to call them multiple times and then after a week of calls, get told it will be another week. Then nothing. Wait another week to be told it will be another 3 weeks. Poor poor service. Im hearing the same things happen to multiple people i have spoken with now. All my shopping is either done online or elsewhere. Useless is a very mild way of describing them.
Oh you know the drill, all bunnings are set out very similar no matter what suburb so very easy to grab what I’m after as we all become accustomed to. Chuckle chuckle chuckle.
