Variety of animals are limited, mainly birds. The main attraction was the kangaroos. Quite a number of them and you get to feed them. Encountered one kangaroo that got quite impatient and attempt to grab our bag of food. The big playground beaide the park is free and is lovely for the kids to spend some time.

Nice place if you love to pet and feed kangaroos. Has a good bird sanctuary as well. Kids will definitely love the place

As far as wildlife parks go, it's a below average park with minimal animals (most of them are birds)

There's a big area you can enter to pat and feed some kangaroos and risk your hand against a pair of hungry emus.

Not a bad place for little kids but lacking entertainment for the older ones and adults.

On the plus side its next to a huge public playground which is great for all ages.

We arrived a bit too early this time and there were a few animals that weren't really ready for us. The kids just love feeding the kangaroos though and is always the highlight of the park for us.

My 3 kids really enjoyed this park. Most zoos don’t allow the kids to feed the animals. The kangaroos were very friendly and approachable. The ducks also like to be hand fed. Make sure you talk to the cockatoos. The small gift shop is well priced as well as the cafe food. The is an awesome playground area before you enter for younger kids. Excellent family day out. Well maintained with plenty to see. Enjoyed a lovely ionic under the giant trees. Excellent park facilities next to it.

Lots of birds, some kangoos, wombat and reptiles. If you need fill in some time in your day only few minutes driving from the city center.

A very relaxing day out in nature. The enclosures were very well kept and spacious, and the animals well looked after. The playground outside was a huge bonus!

We had a great day at the Bunbury Wildlife Park today as Grandparents day was held there. Bunbury City Council did a magnificent job staging this event. There was plenty to participate in from face painting, story telling, stalls train and pony rides, magic show, through to the kangaroos, Birds made it a day to remember. The sausage sizzle went down a treat.
Well done Bunbury City Council

Covenient location. Next to a great playground. Pricing is affordable. Can handfeed kangaroos and other animals. Cafe is fine with simple meal options.

It's a nice place and the workers are very informative but you get the sense that the wildlife is lacking. Currently going through renovations so it will be interesting to see what they can do. But if you're going for the kangaroo interaction you're probably going to be disappointed as there aren't many and as it does get hot the kangaroos hang out in their restricted areas under the trees. Caversham Wildlife trumps them on that respect. Overall 3 stars, not bad but for now there are better.

A great wildlife park you can buy bags of food when you enter and feed a lot of the animals and birds there. Beware my grandson had his bag of food snatched off him by the emu. Although they don't own it it is next door to a toddlers play area supplied by the council and they have a cafe

Not much there to see. The entrance price is quite reasonable. Kangaroo exhibit was really nice and the kangaroos were friendly and approachable. Buying feed at the ticket stand / entrance is recommended if you want to feed the kangaroos.
Zoo staff are friendly

Great experience for the kids, who loved feeding the animals. There's also an excellent playground to keep the kids entertained and a shop for food and snacks.

Dingoes were great and the talk was informative. However we were given seed to feed for the birds but they weren't interested. The kids were bored until they got to the playground which they loved.

This is a great place to visit with children. They can feed the animals, you can go into an enclosure where there are Australian birds such as 28's, they are called that, because when they call out it sounds like 28,28,28. Lorikeets, etc. See the peacocks, Eagles. They have a shop, so you can grab a bite to eat, grab a souvenir. By buying stuff, the money is ploughed back into the park, it helps feed the animals & birds. Next door is a wonderful playground as well. So if your bored, grab your purse, the kids, pile them into the car and head down to the Bunbury Wildlife Park, it's where the big swamp is. Lot's of wildlife to see. Just remember be careful of kangaroo's, a male roo, never put your chest out or look him in the eyes. This to them, you are challenging him. They will attack if they think you want to fight them. Also be aware, if Roo's growl, it's warning you to back off. Remember these animals have no where to run, treat them with respect & you should be fine. Enjoy the experience, just remember what I have told you. Have fun!
