Bunbury Muffler Towbar & 4WD

What a fantastic, professional crew at ARB Bunbury, WA! It isn’t often you find this level of service. We called without notice since we were travelling south from Perth. They fit us in. We had a long -standing problem with our Redarc Tow Pro Elite. We had visited three (3) previous auto electricians in Carnarvon, Geraldton and Perth trying to get resolution. Even had the control unit replaced in Carnarvon but still the problem re-occurred. ARB Bunbury’s team listened. Greg, their auto electrician legend, tested all then placed on hoist and eventually found the wiring problem and finally was able to fix. What a relief! Meanwhile, Todd, without being asked, was ringing around to see if he could find someone to assist us with our L200 suspension. Warren, the manager, advised at the end that there was no charge as the original work was completed by ARB in Brisbane Qld. Thank you, ARB Bunbury and crew! This is a team with true commitment to their products, service and customers.

Very disappointed with the service provided.
Was quoted a price for a suspension kit and was charged hundreds of dollars more once the work was done.
Parts required took over 4 weeks to get in.
My vehicle had to be returned twice after the job was done to have remedial work done due to incorrect fitment.
Was given a time to bring the vehicle in for a 500km check to commence the warranty once there was told it couldn’t be done for several hours at least because all hoists were in use.
When leaving I noticed one hoist empty.

I phoned them for some advice the were so help full thank you my caravan would not come of the tow ball

The staff at ARB were amazing! They went above and beyond solving an issue in minutes, that other companies couldn’t seem to figure out. Didn’t even want money for their help. You don’t see this type of customer service often these days! Big shout out… thanks

Extremely helpful staff and a great store. My family had issues with our ARB Linx not working while passing through Bunbury and the team were more than happy to have a quick look at it for us. Despite being fully booked, they fault found the issue and sent us on our way with no charge. I would definitely recommend them for any ARB services / products.

I've no gripes about our local store or the staff who work there, and to my knowledge, do a good job. I DO however have an issue with any large company like ARB that made massive profits during this Covid created boom, then refuse to hand back taxpayer funded job keeper payments. Many other companies have. Sorry guy's, my new 4WD is getting it's fit out elsewhere.

Brother got a second battery installed ran cable along the exhaust causing it to melt and fail would not recommend to anyone ripoff

EDIT: I asked my brother he said he sent the invoice to you weeks ago got no response back and after seeing the workmanship he didn't want it being touched again by you guys again after having to come back already to get the right plugs put on. Picture shows cable running along exhaust

Went on the wrong date to install a towbar, the staff, and I mean every single one of them couldn't be more helpful, they even finished before the estimated time.

Bunbury Muffler and towbar now know as ARB l have been a customer with this company for over 12 years. They have seen a couple of my vehicials and a few of the kids. Well what more can l say they fitted my new muffler cheeper than l could sorce the new part. Heres the best booked in at 830am l was driving away at 859am. Ok l was first cab off the rank. Thanks guys great job amazing service. They have been here awhile their 4WD suspension knoladge is second to none. Dont waste your time with cowboys. Come on Bunbury support your locial buisnesses.
