Bunbury Forum Pharmacy reviews
7I recently had a script lost by Bunbury forum pharmacy, I had to return to my doctor for a new one and I was out of pocket $45. The pharmacist didn't care. He was on the phone wasting my time speaking some kind of gibberish. There are plenty of pharmacies around Bunbury, I swear he has lost this customer for life.
Absolutely lovely staff…. Huge range of top quality items ranging in prices for everyone…… Really impressed by the Pharmacist that was on duty to ALL of the shop on Friday 7th Oct 2022…. Thank you ️️️️️
Incredibly warm and intelligent staff. They are efficient and caring, would not go anywhere else. It’s the main reason I visit the forum.
Very rude staff and pharmacist trying to intimidate and request a customers health details for about 5 minutes infront of an audience about a iron supplement, no script is needed. Was very uncomfortable to watch. Don't recommend.
Great range of supplements, excellent service especially one of their staff Kathy has been so helpful, highly recommend this pharmacy
Do not go here if you are in any way queer or gender diverse!
The lady that served me used my dead name repeatedly in spite of me pointing out my "prefered" name on my script multiple times. When confronted by this they shrugged and dead named me again.
On-top of this they then didn't replicate my name line on my script onto the new one. Meaning that my new script now only has my deadname on it. Effectively meaning that even if the next pharmacy meant well they wouldn't be able to see my preferred name.
It is a bigoted store that couldn't even keep their systems online long enough to put through a card purchase.
Having my girlfriend deadnamed without so much as an apology was a real fun time. It clearly said her preferred name on the script, and if this was an honest mistake, an "I'm sorry" would have sufficed. Instead you shrugged and said her deadname a second time.
Terrible service with a side of bigotry.
