Bunbury Appliance Service

Today 31/01/2023 I enquired about a new part for my dishwasher after much searching the very courteous lady informed me that none of the suppliers, they use had the part in stock, she offered to do some more searching for me and call me back, within 15 minutes she called back with the good news that she had found a supplier in Australia, gave me the part number and website and was able to order the part. Thank you for going above and beyond, true customer service right here:)

I always go there for parts for old appliances. They never fail to get me something which will do the job. They are pleasant and very helpful and the supply is very quick.

Bunbury Appliance service was quick to attend. When the service technician attended my dryer decided it would work fine. The technician was fantastic, she asked me to take a video and send it in when the problem happened again. I did this and had a phone call within half an hour from the office organising to pick up the machine.

I must admit they are fantastic. I work odd hours and they managed to do my warranty repair supa quick the technician was super profesional. The staff in store sorted everything out ladys very very helpfull. If l could gind staff likes these in admin l would be happy

Didn't know until the laundry flooded. I was able to get a new hose the same day plus a nifty brace that was easy to fit and have no problems since.

Hats off to Linda and the team at Bunbury Appliance - My fridge was beeping for no reason as it was old - nothing wrong other then the beeping coming on at times for no reason. I had been quoted over $250 for the parts however the kind technician there just suggested I can lift a small panel at the front, clip a wire and the problem is solved! Did as he said and voila, all fixed. I saved over $500 considering parts and possible labour! Thanks guys!
