Every thing is explained before you buy you do not have to go elsewhere to fit your purchase and it all gets explained again when you pick up your vehicle. I've never had to worry about after service my previous purchases have been great no problems

Had a bar and spottiest fitted and these guys were awesome, did a great job and did everything and more than requested, highly recommend as best service you’ll get. In my opinion. Spotlights are great too with the wide beam they light up the sides of the road really well.

From the 1st day i met Lindsay, he has been easy to deal with, with a wealth of knowledge. He has never treated me differently and has always done everything he can to make sure i am on my way quickly and safely.

A few times i've been in dire situations whilst travelling and before i was due to leave and Lindsay and his Team bent over backwards to make sure i was ok and had all i needed to travel safely.

Their Customer service and after care is exemplory and not very common in the industry anymore.

I can not recommend Lindsay and his amazing Team highly enough. Where the customer always comes first and always feels like they matter.

For context we are currently touring around Australia. In October we discovered some cracks in the stock underbody protection of our BT50 and rang around numerous businesses to find a supplier that could have the replacement part ready when we were in the area. Bunbury 4x4 claimed to be able to source the part ahead of us arriving. When we did arrive the part was not yet in store, as a result we had to back track to collect it when it did finally show up. We collected the part and took it back to where we were staying only to find a critical piece was missing when we tried to install it. Bunbury 4x4 were contacted when they were next open and they advised the part was definitely in the kit and it should be rechecked. We confirmed the component was definitely not in the kit we had received and was then told that the component was not actually supposed to be included and that we should speak to the manufacturer as Bunbury 4x4 could no longer assist. The manufacturer initially told us the issue needs to be sorted out by Bunbury 4x4, but when they were told Bunbury 4x4 were refusing to assist the supplier resolved the issue confirming the component in question was missing and should have been included. The manufacturer arranged for the missing component to be sent directly to us. Bunbury 4x4 did not deliver on their promise of having the part available at the agreed time and were hard to deal with when an issue was identified with the product. I recommend looking elsewhere, particularly if you are not based on three local area. It was extremely inconvenient to be storing 95 percent of the underbody protection while travelling and waiting for the issue to be rectified. Bunbury 4x4 failed to understand this.

Bunbury 4x4 was suggested to me as I had sagging problems with my suspension on a toyota prado we had a long chat about it they we very helpful and knew their product. Would recommend them for 4x4 information or parts.

Love there work with there products, they really know what there talking about only giving 3 stars because everytime my car goes in for some work done it comes out with new scratches on it that I have to fix.

Great service. Very knowledgeable team. I have alot of their products on my patrol and being the President of the South West 4wd Club, they get used in quite harsh conditions. From suspension to winches to the best camp chair ever, they have it all. Highly recommend Bunbury 4x4 for all your 4wding needs.

Poor instalation. Poor knowledge from installer. Damaged new parts. Damaged paintwork. No fuses fitted with electrical work. Gauges fitted but not working. Kinked boost pressure line. Damaged boost pressure gauge. No remorse. No care.no way i would send anybody there
