Bun Mi

I didnt like the service from girls.
Very ignorant or unhappy they do not work there so take it out on uber worker then they all fake smiles abd talk for customer.

Amazing food, great customer service and fair pricing for the food! The portions are filling and when you dine in, the vibes are so cute if you want to take photos. I would say that the floors and the tables were quite dirty with crumbs and left over food from previous consumers. 100% will come again soon!

I go here often as food is good but today’s experience was bad as I chewed on a metal blade in my sping roll

When it first opened everything was good and was going frequently!
I’ve just gone back to try recently and first off the service was below par, the booking system online wasn’t working and they don’t answer the phone even after numerous tries (it wasn’t peak lunch time, it was around 10ish when the store is pretty dead) the bahnmi and everything in it was a generous serving especially the meat and veggies as per usual, the baguette was nice too but very dry and not enough Mayo/sauce. This used to be my fave bahnmi place but I’ve heard there are much nicer places in the Morley area. Prob won’t be coming back

This has to be on if the best banh mi I've had in Australia.

Great food, very reasonably priced and the service is friendly.
However, the music playing sometimes has profanity inappropriate for children.

Great Bahm Mi, excellent flavours (had the crispy pork belly bahn mi).
Order taking is quick, but orders seem to come out in seemingly random order.
Can get very busy during the lunch rush, but the staff still pump out great quality food.

Wow just had my first Bahn Mi from Bun Mi and it was incredible! Staff are very sweet and the prep was fast. Well priced too. Highly recommend!

Great food excellent taste especially the crispy pork. WOW! However the rice bowl size/portions seems to be very inconsistent.if resolve would be great!

Not only were Bun Mi the ONLY providores of Bánh Mì on a weekend proximate to the CBD or Northbridge. I have just moved back from Sydney. Hands down this is the BEST Bánh Mì I've eaten in Australia (so good, after cycling 40+ km, I ordered two in a row for late lunch). Can't recommend highly enough; right next to train station.

The crispy pork banh mi was delicious and very flavourful.

Service was friendly and reasonably quick even during the work lunch rush hour.

And to top it all off it was a reasonable portion at a VERY reasonable price.

Might have found a new favourite in Subiaco!

Excellent crispy spring rolls and juices. Something a little different to the usual and great prices for the area.

Banh Mi were delicious, crispy roll and fresh filling. Bao and rice paper rolls were ok but not in the same league as the Banh Mi. Fresh, quick and tasty. The menu is also very well priced.

Great and affordable prices, made to perfection. Nice drink options too with Vietnamese coffee or Black Sesame latté. Get your lunch fix here if you are nearby Subiaco. Delicious and affordable bahn mi! Tried the roast pork and vegan, as well as bao buns. Everything very fresh, tasty and the staff were lovely. Will definitely be back!

Amazing roast pork banh mi, and one of the best pate (in banh mi) ive had in Perth. Comparable to Hanoi standard.
Banh mi is rather small and not the traditional roll but very well toasted. I think the intention might have been to not overfill you for lunch.
At $8 its not the cheapest banh mi ive seen here but for location and quality ingredients, well priced.
Springrolls are also fresh and delicious.
Food comes out fast! Takes less than 5 minutes even during peak timings. Perfect for the office crowd.
