Wonderful people! I have vision issues that my GP, optometrist and ophthalmologist had not been able to properly diagnose and treat. Bullseye were trained and equipt to diagnose the issue and develop a treatment plan.

I have been a customer of Bullcreek Optometrist for well over twenty years. The service on my recent visit was disappointing. After a checkup I was told I needed new glasses and sunglasses and was presented with a very substantial bill. I should have asked more questions but did not. A week later I was advised that the sunglass frames I chose weren't suitable for the lenses which resulted in another trip to the clinic and a more expensive pair of frames. A week later I returned to pick up both pairs of glasses. There was a cursory fitting and I was on my way. Not being happy with the fit or vision of the new (normal) glasses I had to return to have the lenses remade. These were subsequently mailed to me and still need adjustment. The whole process has been slow, expensive and unsatisfactory. When presented with a quote, question every aspect. Do you really need that slightly thinner, but much more expensive, lens? Do you really need multifocal sunglasses? You should be given the choice and the prices should be explained clearly otherwise you will be a good deal poorer. No, I will not be going back to Bullcreek Optometrist. I made known my dissatisfaction with their services and was offered free sunglass insurance for a year!

You’re awesome.

For more than a few years now your staff have looked after my requirements for not only ensuring I am happy with my glasses, but also assisting me with fulfilling the DoT requirements regarding eye testing every three years.

Your customer service is supportive, not pushy and personable.

See you again soon.

An appointment was made with a behavioral Optometrist - Our experience was less than satisfactory, we found the treatment to be no different than any other optometrist and lacking in anything other than an up sell. This was not the required highly ethical appointment and explanation we expected for our child. There was no communication during the appointment nor was there any discussion afterward.
