Bullsbrook IGA reviews
30Bit expensive with the meat and with in be local and rural they say alot of stuff is slightly more $$ but good if you have forgotten something and need it fast. Service is always good.
Extremely over priced and the toliet smells awful. Got moldy wraps and bread the other day. Cannot wait until another grocery store moves in. Then we can finally buy affordable food and produce. Been shopping here since 2019 and I cringe everytime I leave. Just save a $1 and shop in Ellenbrook.
It's always a good experience going there, they have friendly staff and everything you need.
This has been our shopping area since 1999 and has been upgraded since then and always great staff and specials
A quant store that offers a decent selection - prices can be higher on some items but the do have selections available for various budgets and prove awesome service
The IGA is packed with goodies.
It's always busy and the staff are more than welcoming. Like other IGA's
I really hope with all the changes going on in Bullsbrook, that you survive, as you have served the community admirably for many years.
Yes, if you're passing drop in and support a wonderful experience.
Make this my go to store as the other big stores getting way to expensive, staff are friendly shop is easy to get all your requirements and at a good price.
Great corner shop staff are helpful always helpful but sometimes run off there feet. Prices a little bit more than the major stores but the convenience of the early opening and late closing times makes up for that.
Excellent shop to stop for needed items, especially 'on sale' for the week. Good cheese and veggies / fruit choice.
Staff are poorly educated and lack customer service skills, breach of consumer rights by refusing receipt.total of sale came to $15.35. I gave the cashier $20.35 and was handed back $4.90.by my math I was short changed $0.10. I said so to cashier that Sorry I believe I was due $5 change, to which I was met with argument and told I handed him $20.25 to which he explained I handed him $20 note a 10 cent coin and two 5 cent coins, clearly poor math.when I then said sorry again that is incorrect and that math equates to $20.20 not $20.25, again he said more abruptly that I had only given over $20.25.so to avoid further argument (to which your staff were wrong) I gave the extra 10 cents and asked for a $5 note. I was met with an eye roll. I then asked for my receipt to which I was told.no I've closed the sale.and before me having a chance to say anything proceeded to talk with the next customer who had just walked into the store ignoring my presence. I will refuse to shop at the Bullsbrook IGA as far as I can possible do so. I will encourage all friends, family and neighbors to do the extra trip to Ellenbrook or Midland for any form of shopping. Your staff completely ignore the consumer rights to proof of purchase and breakdown of cost.a receipt was never offered and refusal is a breach of the consumer act.
I come here almost every Friday due to my grandparents living out here. Everytime I come here the things I need are always in stock and the customer service is decent.
I would have given it 5 stars but is never open on a long weekend when you expect an IGA to be open in a semi rural community as it says on the door "Supporting the Community", but there are IGA's open in Averly and Toodyay. 12 months a go i rated this as one of the worse IGA's in WA, amazing transformation in the last few months. Great selection of fruit and veg and displayed in cooled cabinets, the whole place have jumped from the tired 1970s look extremely modern. Its just a pity about the floor space for rapidly growing community with limited stock and choice.
Older woman at the counter really rude. Shame because the shelves were well stocked and there was plenty of beautiful fresh Australian produce.
It's been better since they revamped the store. Good for convenience but not great for doing the weekly shop.
What can I say, this store is left in time, but what to expect from the thriving Metropolis of Bullsbrook.
Staff lack customer service skills. Seem friendly enough to people they know. Completely ignored me but put her hand out to take my money so just needs educating I think.
I have only been frequenting this store for about 4 months. I shop daily and have seen a huge difference in the modernization of the premisis and a vast improvement in the product lines carried. Couple this with the helpful, friendly staff, and it is a pleasure to visit. Being a small country store it lacks a little variety, but the staff are happy to get in special requests. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Getting better and now with new store updates they have more variety and more choices. Keep it up guys
Lovely staff, friendly atmosphere. Well stocked for the size and location. However my reason for only three stars is if you want to shop plastic free, your choices are limited, sadly as is the case with most commercial supermarkets.
Rude staff. Over priced. Chaos when it's busy. Only bother if you can't make it to Ellenbrook or Middo
