Bulgogi BBQ Restaurant

Simple location, nothing overly fancy but really delicious food ~ good for hanging out with friends! Recommend checking it out for nice simple eats and Korean BBQ.

Bad customer service. They don’t know how to treat customers cordially. Once my mate took some tissues from the counter later on manger took those tissues back saying use tissue box provided on the table. Didn’t provide knife folks, bottle of water for courtesy services.

Food is not fresh and I got food poisoning. Stay clear of this place. There are other very good Korean restaurants in Perth.

Service was good. Our first experience with Korean BarBQ. Ordered marinated beef and chicken. Very tasty and fun. Will return.

We all got soup and it was good, also chicken wings which were ok.the banchan was awesome.would like to try bbq another time

Best Korean I’ve had in Perth, I’ve experienced Korean in Tokyo and loved it and now found a Korean BBQ place in Perth which is just as good, the beef and chicken On the BBQ is to die for and with the accomplishments I could eat it all day. I highly recommended this place.

The staff was rude, there was no privacy due to the fact that he kept on walking to our table and pull down the ventilator. I looked around the restaurant and he's not doing the same to other table. At one point I was flipping the meat on the grill and he interrupted me by pulling down the bloody ventilator. I do understand that the staff don't want the place to smoke up, but honestly I was in the middle of doing something.
Our water wasn't served until we asked, which should be served after we ordered.
I've been to many other kbbq but not like this.

We went to this place many times before but tonight was the last one for sure.
Firstly we called in the afternoon to book the table and ask for a quiet table as our guests and us have kids.
The person on the phone answer in Korean, do not understand English in that case DON'T answer the phone.
Once there the table wasn't ready on arrival at 6pm. I have always ordered a portion of fries for my little girl everytime we went there as there is no kids options and as you can imagine she doesn't eat kimchi or meat on bbq at 3 years old.
They told us that they wouldn't do fries this evening, I asked another waiter surprise and he went back after talking with the manager that the only option was to get fries with a pork dish on the menu. Left with no other choice we ordered it. It literally arrive with 7 small fries, a joke, we try to speak we the waiter they don't understand anything.

They bring you all the condiments and meat but you have to ask for chop sticks after 5 minutes otherwise you have to eat with your hand, same withe the plates you have to ask twice to be fortunate to get a plate to eat.

Same story to get a Glass of wine that you wait 10 minutes or the tap water, they bring you the Glass but if you don't ask 3times for the water you stay dry.

Honestly, your staff don't have any respect for the guest, they are so unprofessional that you wonder if it's done on purpose or if they are Just stupid. The manager is working inside on night time with a cap on the head and a fitness dress, come on.your clients pay the bills guys.

Excellent quality Korean charcoal BBQ. The signature marinade beef was very soft and the sauce was well balanced (not too sweet or salty). Highly recommended.

Meat was a bit pricey for me, the restaurant is quite small and we need to request for extra condiments. I forgot to take a picture of the food because it was gone before I realise I want to write a review.

The best Korean bbq in Perth. Extremely yummy food and friendly staff. Bulgogi never disappoints me and have been there for many times.

Service was so poor we got asked to leave our table after we finished our meal after only 45 minutes not asked if there was anytging else we wanted. I will never return or recomend anyone else as i dont think the meal is amazing and think there is better close by.
Dont do yourself an injustice and try something else?

Yu ke was soooo delicious and fresh! Bbq was very delicious as well, with the marinated meat and fresh lettuce. The pre dishes were with a variety and goes with bbq so well, make the taste fresh. Friendly staff, kindly responded fast. Great atmosphere, good for a group of friends or dating. Spacious and with clean n clear toilet. Definitely recommended!

Went their with friends. First time we have eaten in a Korean Restaurant and it was very different and I was impressed. The food was delicious. We had Banchan which was super fresh and tasty. The seafood pancake with kimchi soup was equally as good. We loved the stone pot and the meat and vegie combo with the egg. Service was great and the prices are very reasonable. A little cramped and got quite hot. We are determined to explore the barbeques more fully next visit.

Very tasty and yummy! Highly recommended the beef ribs and many types of Soju choice! The only thing that I don't like is too hot inside seemed their air con wasn't working that day.

Our first true Korean barbecue and we approached it with no knowledge of what meats to choose and what to do. But the waiters were kind, if perhaps puzzled, and we had a very good dinner. Firstly a seafood pancake, the size of a pizza, delicious but I wish we had made it a starter as it was difficult to eat it while barbecuing! On the barbecue we had pork and beef fillet, both good but our clear favourite was the beef, excellent quality and very tasty. With beer and Korean saki the meal was excellent value and fun.

Great atmosphere efficient service only looses a star because you need to order 2 serves of meat to use the BBQ in the table

The meat selections are great! Love dishes like kimchi soup, bulgobi, kimchi pancake, japchae are delicious. Love the quick service!

It's definitely the best Korean BBQ in Perth! Love the haemul pajeon and ojingu bokkeum! Short rib is also delicious as are their jigae dishes! The prices are cheap too and friendly staff, super helpful too.
