Build Your Safe Space

Sonia has supported me along the journey of rebuilding my self-confidence. As this was my first experience with a counsellor, in the beginning, I was a bit scared of not being able to open up, but Sonia is a kind listener and truly creates a very safe space for discussing personal matters. We have also done a few sessions outdoor which I find therapeutic and a great way to reconnect with yourself. Thank you very much Sonia!

The moment I chose this process, Its one of the best things that I ever thought of doing in my life. Its for everyone. Just like physical health we need to take care of our mental health too.

About few years back, I was fortunate enough to meet the counselor of this webpage. She is an incredible listener and an observer. It's something I was doing for the first time, so she helped me be comfortable and let me ease in. After months and months of keeping in touch with her, I was able to find and assort myself. She was the one person who helped a lot to stand up.

Her suggestions still help me to this day. I am really glad and grateful to her for this and always will be, as she helped me always build my safe space.
