Waited for a phone call for recordable voice boxes to be back in stock, the call never came, after finally getting one, they deleted the message in the process of making the bear, what a waste of time and money

Daughter made a bunny for her baby sister. It was a beautiful experience! The young lady who served us was incredible! So bubbly, polite and happy to help. Something that will be cherished for a very long time.

We were guided through the process by a very friendly, helpful and passionate employee. They were with us throughout providing good tips and tricks and made sure the kids came out with unique bears to fit their personalities.

I have always wanted to go to Build-A-Bear and at 24 years old, my partner took me on a date and we got to make the two cutest bears. Chloe was so kind, genuine, and fun, and despite keeping the fun and enthusiastic energy with us, she didn't make us feel silly for being adults in a store tailored for children. Very amazing energy, very friendly, and engaging when she needed to be without crowding us on our date. We also had the lovely experience of watching Chloe interact with a little girl, who was so excited to have her paw patrol bear and Chloe clearly made her experience magical. Thank you so much for everything?

The best customer service! Spoke to chloe on the phone and she was so friendly and helpful.

Called up to arrange a postal order for their Stitch plush. I was served by Chloe, who described her bear-building process and helped me record a special voice message. She even sent photos of my bear once it was finished!
Despite not being in-store, it was such a lovely experience.

Love the idea dislike the price. Totally Rude little staff.think it would be better suited to a elderly person that likes children.

Chloe served us today and was amazing. She had so many families waiting to be served and was working on her own (when i asked if she had a helper she said her colleague had gone home sick and she was waiting for the replacement to arrive). She handled the customer's so well. She never rushed the kids doing their bears and didn't show any stress despite the amount of people waiting. If I had a business I'd love to have this girl working for me.

Friendly staff, that make the purchase fun for kids (big and small). Plenty of options to customise your bear to be your own.

The store was great, unfortunately, what I was after was sold out, but the cashier was so apologetic about it and did her best to help us find one at another store or online

Overall experience we first walked in 2 weeks prior greeted by friendly assistant Chloe.
Our children couldnt decide, when she stepped in and showed her the new range. Chloe calls stock is in. 2 weeks later we come in. (chloe) Greeted big smile and created a personal experience for each child. Honestly, we have never recieved customer service like this before. Chloe is definitely a keeper. We cant even say one bad thing. We definitely be back to see her. Thank you Chloe for your service, our kids enjoyed it so much and thank you for actually caring about making it so memorable a d special for them. See you soon! Keep it up Chloe!

The staff made my day when i went in with my sister there wasnt any chase from paw patrol left i was down about it but one amazing staff member i believe who was the manager did something very special she knows what it is and i got chase in the end i thank you very much and chase loves his new home
