Build-A-Bear Workshop

Didnt actually build a bear this time because we already have a few and love them. (Have done them as gifts and a kids party too. Service is lovely.)

We actually sought refuge in here as the quietest place at carousel as my ND friend was getting overwhelmed.

With the rediculously loud music everywhere and now they even have live bands its just horribly loud at carousel.

Great place to shop for that cute cuddly friend or as a gift. Staff are great and welcoming.

Very nice workers and has new build a bears come in stock pretty quickly, only problem is sometimes the wait in the line can be anywhere from 5-20 minutes.

First time taking my son into build a bear. Or in his case “build a cat”
I did not get names unfortunately. But it was such a fun experience for my 3 year old. The staff were very helpful and patient.

Staff were very friendly! They seemed to understand that I was autistic without me having to tell them and were very patient and kind with me:)

Such a good place to go! I got to make a cat teddie and there were so many things to do there. A big variety of clothes and characters

Absolutely amazing service. All the staff were super friendly. Lily May, Merran and one other girl (that I unfortunately didn’t catch the name of) were absolutely hilarious. We felt instantly comfortable and the conversation and jokes flowed so well despite being quite late at night. My friends and I loved the experience and we will 100% be visiting again! Keep up the good work girls!

Amazing! We came in for my friends 18th and Lynk was a really big hand in helping us around and making sure we got the most out of our experience:) THANKYOU!

Felt bad for the single staff member on trying to stuff bears and do Register. But they were lovely none the less!

Me and my partner has such a lovely experience, We wanted to give a very special shout out to Kav who was under the pump by herself but she still showed genuine interest and went above a beyond to help us out, while handling other customers so patiently she was a super star! Kav really made the build a bear experience special! Thank you so much Kav!

I feel I owe this review and information to fellow parents.

My Daughter asked if her 8th Birthday party could ‘please please Mummy be at build a bear! ’
-never been to a ‘build a bear’ party. Didn’t actually know they existed- So I had no clue what to expect…

But absolutely did not expect the party host, and sole reason for this review, the lovely Jaicee.

Worries disappeared within seconds of being greeted by a genuinely friendly, smiling, Uber polite, well mannered, attentive, knowledgeable, professional young lady. All the children took to her, almost instantaneously.

Jaicee went above and beyond, not stopping.keeping all captivated, with games, rhymes, pledges, songs… and and and.
Whilst simultaneously helping each child choose their own teddy/bunny and clothes, then she was helping them with naming/filling/adopting etc.

She made every single child feel special. A rare gift. And what’s lovely is she didn’t even realise it.

Whilst talking to her manager, (Chloe? Give that girl a pay rise!) She mentioned Jaicee was 16.16. And having the ability to have children hang off every word you say?

And… actually listen?

Making it seem like looking after a bunch of excitable, loud, inquisitive Children is the easiest thing ever?

For 1.5 hours.

Single handedly.

Like Mary Poppins.

And then doing it over and over, as if every time was the first.having the same excitement for every child? Impressive.

Absolutely magical experience. My boyfriend took me here as a Valentine's Day surprise. Sadly they didn't have the pokemon eeveelutions (Espeon etc) available (which cause the they have stuff over east it tends to show availability on their stores over east rather than here). Instead I decided on the Mufasa, and I'm glad I did. The memories made were worth it, we had fun and the amazing lady who was running the store that day had the best and most impressive customer service I've seen lately. The quality of the plush is amazing and you get to pick if you want a sound or how soft, medium or hard you want him stuffed.

Brilliant store with very friendly staff; perfect place to have kids create their cuddly pals. Plenty of sporting & uniform outfits but the day-to-day options (like tees, shorts) are quite limited.

I fell over in the store once and the ladies there quickly rushed over to help me up. Very nice store.

Great little activity for the kids. Be prepared to spend some $$ though with all the cute accessories available

Very expensive, I paid $25 for a simple brown bear with a scent. A waste of money it's just a normal toy you could get for 5 bucks at kmart. I don't get why it's so expensive the staff do everything. All you get to do is pick the bear the staff stuff it and they charge for packaging. A decent toy after though I can get the same thing from kmart for 5 bucks.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and even went through the trouble of learning the names of my girls to personalise the experience for them. Lots of accessories for the kids the choose from and all in all a great experience for everyone. Definitely recommend!

Really surprised about how much fun the kids had here. Pretty good value. Oh and the staff member Sienna was so good.
