Buggles Childcare Riverton

A fantastic team, every time I see them, they are always smiling and full of energy! The children love them, and the parents feel at ease.

My daughter loves going to Buggles, Sam and the team are amazing, my daughter looks forward to going there everyday.couldn't have asked for a better childcare centre for my daughter to start her learning journey.

The staff at Buggles Riverton are professional, approachable, kind and caring, ensuring they take the time to get to know your child and their needs. Sending my children to daycare was a tough decision but it has been so much easier sending my kids there knowing they are looked after so well at this centre.
The centre itself has good facilities and an outdoor play area suitable for children of all ages.

Both my kids have attended and they’ve been helpful for both. The centre is very clean and tidy

As a first time mum returning to work was the hardest thing especially leaving my daughter in daycare. But the staff at Buggles have made this transition so smooth and comforting for both my daughter and I. All the staff know her and show a genuine interest in her. I am beyond greatful to have found such an amazing centre that I can leave my daughter and know she is getting the best care. Thanks to each and everyone of the staff at Buggles Riverton.

Our son has been going here from 8 months old and loves it there.

He has made some great friends and enjoys playing with them outside.

The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. And as our son is our first child they have been very helpful with advise.

All round good place.

Our baby has been going to this center since he was 3 months old and he has loved every second of it. We love seeing all the activities he gets up to through out the day.

Friendly staff who genuinely care for and love my children. Both of my boys come home with art work, smiles and stories about their day. Their social and learning skills are improving because of the constant support offered by the staff. All of the staff, no matter what room they are in, know the children by name and are always there with information & photos for the parents about how their child is progressing. I could not recommend this centre more highly for the constant care they give to my boys and the support they offer to the parents.

Maybe this place is good for toddlers but here is my experience with our 6 months old. Had our son here for a couple of months 1 day a week. Thank god it was only 1 day a week. First time he came home and was sick with a cold for a few weeks. Yup fair enough kids get sick. What annoyed me about the place was the total lack of personnel feel about it. Each time I picked him up if I didn't think of it then the formula was left behind as they never had it back in his bag at the end of the day. Each time I picked him up his hands were freezing, back door opened with a draft in there.
When I picked him up sometimes the girl in the evening could not tell me about his day as she did not receive a handover from the morning person. I asked that they don't let him sleep for more than a few hours in the day and then I find that one day when they did manage a handover he had 5 hours sleep for the day. Wet top on numerous occasions when I picked him up.
Thankfully we have found a really nice family day care so we won't be returning here. Nothing personal but just not the place for us
