Buggles Childcare Beckenham

My youngest daughter has been going buggles for over a year now. She started in the babies room and is now in the toddler room. Everyday we are greeted with happy and energetic staff. The centre manager Merrisa gets involved with the kids with singing, story time etc and doesn’t just sit in the office. One thing that I absolutely love is how loving and nurturing every single educator is and their programs actually involving the children’s interest. Communication is fantastic, I always know what my daughter had for lunch, what activities she had done and if they are any changes coming to the centre. Example: They were upgrading the kindy outside area.

I highly recommend Buggles Beckenham! By far the best childcare I have put my children in.

I'm not sure words are sufficient to express how amazing this centre is and how grateful I am to have them care for my child. I have three children of various ages and over the years have had them attend approximately 4/5 different centre, although they were all nice, Buggles in Beckenham have by far been the absolute best. I currently have a very stubborn and independent 3 year who is only clingy to mum when she chooses, She loves attending buggles and everyday she is smiling, learning exceptional things and even does not want to come home at the end of the day. All the educators here make you feel comfortable, get to know your child and genuinely take an interest in you to develop a trusting and caring relationship for the best outcome of your child. Nothing is ever too much trouble and you never feel like you are burden or that your child is. Also the menu of food makes me jealous. You wont be disappointed by this centre. Thank you all for so much love and care over the years.

As with most daycares, turnover rate of educators and management is pretty high but the quality of care always remain high! The educators actively engage with the kids and there's always prompt communication with parents. Have tried to look for other daycares that may be closer to home but still decided to stay with Buggles Beckenham because they are the best!

Both my boys have attended Buggles Beckenham and they have both loved it. The staff are kind, friendly and, helpful and have my boys interests at heart. I would recommend them to anyone.

As a first time mum returning to work full time I was such a mixed bag of emotions when leaving my baby girl with someone else. But Buggles Beckenham have been an absolute god send for me! They are so kind and loving to the kids, they provide constant updates on how my babe is going through the day and they fill the kids days with fun activities, yummy and healthy food and lots of attention from all the educators.
My girl is excited when we pull up to daycare now, she is settled while she’s there and she’s HAPPY!
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for both my daughter and myself and I am so grateful for the love and care my baby girl has been shown

Having to go back to work when my baby was only 4 months old was very hard. Imogen made us feel so welcome and the rest of the team does such an incredible job, baby has been there over a year now and loves it. Would recommend this Buggles Beckenham to anyone.

I have two children in buggles beckhem, the educators in the center are so good! They care my two children carefully with their warm heart!

My kids have attended since feb 2019 and been through all the rooms. My daughter loves it and is EXCITED for daycare days, she has lots of friends and loves her teachers.theyre VERY welcoming, accommodating and provide halal food if needed

I would recommend this center to any mother who are think about sending their little one to day care. The management team and all the educators are very kind the supportive. They helped my little one settled in to daycare and taught my daughter many skills.

A very nice place for kids to experience a wonderful childhood. A lot well orgnised trips to zoo, parks, farms and other places.

Buggies Beckenham is an amazing centre! My kids have been attending the centre for 4 years. They really achieve an excellence 5 star rating. The team there are impressive and make it a positive happy experience for the children. They have excellent programs for the children who learn well through play. The centre is extremely clean. They have excellent resources and play equipment. Great healthy food plan that caters for all cultures. Imogen the centre manager makes the children a priority. My children love going everyday. I can only say positive things and recommend you send your children to this centre.

Amazing place to send in your kids. I have been sending my kids for the past four years and now that we are moving we feel like I'm leaving behind a family. Buggles has been a constant in our lives.

Buggles Beckenham have cared for my daughter very well for the past two years. The carers are thoughtful and work well together, and the centre has some decent ethics and resources to provide the kids with good experiences. They embrace the multicultural aspect of the area, giving the kids an opportunity to feel included and learn about other cultures. They also convey practical aspects of sustainability like composting, re-use and recycling. Overall very happy with the centre.

The care is top notch, good facility and staff are experienced. My 2 year old always looked forward to go to day care. Would definitely recommend. Thanks buggles beckenham

The staff and facilities at Buggles are fantastic. Our children have attended for the last three years, working their way up from the babies room to the kindy room, and each step has been wonderful. The kids love attending and have great relationships with the educators and their peers.

Issues have occasionally arisen with our rebate payments (they're administered by Centrelink, after all) but have been resolved swiftly by management each time.

The negative reviews by others claiming lack of respect for parents and issues with application of the childcare rebate may be valid, but it's certainly not reflective of our experience.

I am very grateful that my little one is part of the Buggles Beckenham family. The staff are friendly and caring. They have lots of different activities for the children, I particularly like the excursions. Everytime I have issues with billings, the centre manager always responds promptly. They are also very accommodating when it comes to special requests. The ladies go above and beyond their duties, which is why I am happy that they are the ones helping us raise our only daughter. Highly recommended.

I viewed this centre a couple months ago and I found a staff member to be very rude, as an educator myself and the way i was spoken to was discussing and was keen about sending my child there but as i went there and the way i was spoken to i think i will be finding somewhere else.

Staff are experienced and friendly. We communicate well with the staff since we started there. They helped us through difficult times with bub. Cannot recommend highly enough. The new system and Centrelink rebate took them some time to sort out as it was an external provider. I believe they communicated with parents as informed as they could. Well done and keep it up!

Exactly the same experience with Steven Makris.
We were overcharged one week for $1230 because they did not apply the rebate.
No refund been offered we have to organize the bank to dishornor the transaction.
And that happened again in the following week.
No respect to parents whatsoever.
Managers are rude and no apology for what they did wrong.

Seriouly? After ending the contract with them for 5 months. They are now taking another $316.50 from my account for no reason.
They also faked signed in my kid while she was in another childcare!

Do not use their services as they are totally scam.
