Buggles Childcare Baldivis

My wife and I are really happy with the service here. Our little girl loves her time there, and the educators always look after her.

This center has been a godsend. I was able to get my child in with ease, the process was simple, there was great communication from management and they worked with me around my current shared care situation. The staff loved my child and made us feel welcome. The activities available for the kids are endless.

Have nothing but praise to say about this centre! They took my son in and have made him feel nothing but special - always giving him nothing but the most love and care. They have helped me with all his transitions amazingly and supported my decisions from the get go. New management in place are beautiful ladies who make you feel so welcome whenever walking in and out! They help me with my baby who isn't even at the centre while getting my 2 year old in and out peacefully! We LOVE buggles?

On daycare morning I tell my son he’s going to school today and he gets ready quickly into the car and dropped without fuss this tells me he likes going

First time mum with a young baby in their care. Centre has been fantastic with her adjusting and their communication is woderful.

The educators are friendly, approachable, and take the time to get to know your child to build a connection with them.

My son (two next month) has been going for a few months now and is absolutely loving it! He cant wait to go to daycare in the morning and has played so much for a full day he has started sleeping all through the night! They have really helped my son get into a awesome routine, and he has made plenty of friends and they have strived so much for my son and his social skills are getting amazing now!

My son loved his time at Buggles Baldivis. He made many friends and the educators were amazing. Sarah the ECT was brilliant with teaching him and getting him ready for starting school. Thank you to the whole team for your love and support over the years.

My child attends Buggles weekly. They build healthy and professional relationships with my child. My child loves attending Daycare here and provides healthy food also. Highly recommend.

In September our child was subjected to an educator being rough - we were not made aware for a month after the fact. The facility has palmed off whatever responsibilities they had because we removed our son from their care. Without being able to get him looked at by a gp at the time of the incident the police aren't able to take it further because the witness refused to make a statement. Bare in mind we were made aware two weeks ago that it wasn't just our child but someone elses.

My Son has been attending Buggles Baldivis for 6months now (he started at 9months) and absolutely LOVES everyone there, as a first time Mummy you could understand how difficult it was for me to leave him everyday, but seeing him smile, laugh before we enter the front gates made me heart HAPPY,

Our son has attended Buggles for over 2 years now and we can honestly say it's a brilliant centre. Special mention to Sarah who took over as manager this year and has made some massive improvements! Since Sarah has been the manager the centre is cleaner, warmer and a great place our son loves to attend. Her approachable personality, honesty and care for the centre are second to none and we were so glad when she received the job after being in an "acting position" for a few months.

Keep it up Sarah and all the amazing girls who run such a beautiful place.

I could have given 0 if possible. No duty of care at all. Charged myself for days that I don't agree and they haven't waited until I resolve the problem, and didn't honour what was said by email about the payment. Had a terrible experience when they let my child gone with someone without contacting me (thank God was someone that I requested to collect the child). The staff tried to call me 2 times and I was working so couldn't answer the call straight away, so they did a few questions to the person and let my child go (I did try the system that they use to inform them that someone else was going but they couldn't find the information). Completely mess. Couldn't understand why my child was crying every time to go to that place and now she is so happy in a completely different environment childcare. Really disappointed!

Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Our son loves his couple of days a week here and the social interaction is so important for his development. Highly recommended.

Both of my children are in full time care here and absolutely love it. Communication is honest and open and the outdoor area is fantastic! All of the carers are great and clearly lover their jobs.

I have never had my own children in childcare facilities, but i have collected my nephew and niece from this facility an average of once a fortnight since she started attending, i would never begin to entertain the thought of $114+ for each of my children for the lack of care they provide, they should be ashamed of the health hazard their facility is to children, it should be called a child germ factory with inadequate staff that refuse to change poo nappies or wipe boogers or follow dietary instructions - causing severe rashes, conjuctivitis & serious bowel movements.

Im disgusted and am happy with my decision to be a stay at home mum.

Absolutely love Buggles! My son has been attending since he was 7 months old and loves it there! All the staff are extremely friendly and approachable. Every morning when we arrive we are greeted by name and with a big smile, and when we leave, the same. The staff are very informative, and keep me updated on my son's progress. The daily reports and photos are great so I can see what hes been up to. All the food is nutritious, and the centre in very clean. My son has truly thrived since he began there and really enjoys going. Cannot recommend this place enough.

We briefly had our son there when he was 6 months old. Only for a few weeks until he came home with a large red lump on his head. Accidents happen but we were told 2 different reasons why it happend and neither explanation matched up with his injury. Immediately lost any trust.

I love Buggles Baldivis, the staff are friendly and always approachable. The centre is tidy and clean. I have had 2 children there over the past 3 years and both have thrived being at Buggles. I would highly recommend Buggles Baldivis to anyone needing childcare.

As a first time mum who returned back to work after 4 months, leaving my baby at daycare was daunting but the ladies at Buggles Baldivis were amazing! I feel like Im leaving my baby with friends now. She has lots of fun and has grown so much physically, mentally and emotionally thanks to their ongoing support and care. The communication with staff is great. Love the app. They will listen to any concerns and help you and your child. Cant praise this day care enough!
