Buggles Childcare Atwell

I have two children going to buggles and they love it there. The staff have been amazing and supportive, the outdoor playground is amazing and they are always doing lots of activities during the day. The management have also been amazing and have gone above and beyond in supporting my family with settling in and meeting our needs.

Buggles Atwell is where my kids have lots of memories. The management have been always so friendly and understanding.
The educators come from different backgrounds and always happy to help your child to go extra mile. Of course, there are some educators that care and passionate more about their jobs.
This place tends to have variety of program to entertain and educate children in different age.
This is the place that I absolutely recommend living in this area.

Wonderful educators, clean and neat Centre, the outdoor play area is fantastic, excellent updates throughout the day, love that they have themed days and live animals in the rooms.

My son likes here. Educators are friendly and the app design is great. I can follow how he is going in childcare. He is in good hands, as a mum that’s all I need.

I left my daughter here for less than 5 hours dropped her at 10: 15 and picked her up at 2: 45. I couldn't believe what I saw when I went there to get her. She was crying on the floor was shaking looks like she's been crying for ages and the 2 woman carer was just standing right in front of her and I heard the older lady was saying your fine. My daughter was only 8 months old, it breaks my heart to witnessed all this. Even worst because the whole time she was there they only given my daughter 1 small bottle of formula milk and her nappy was so wet. How could she say it's fine when it's obviously not. When baby cry atleast try to pick them up to calm the baby down. I won't forget the way my baby was sitting on the floor crying so bad and she looks like she was begging for them for help but the carer didn't even do anything but only told her she's fine. She was thirsty and hungry probably also scared because she wasn't familiar to everyone. Maybe this place is good if your child is already able to play and speak but I won't recommend this for a baby that is less than 1 year old. Based on my experience it was traumatising both for me and my child. This made me realised I will never put my child in any daycare again.

Hi Son struggled to adjust in other childcares or daycares. As mum it is hard to concentrate at job if we leave kid crying behind. Ramona, buggles manager and her team, supported us greatly. My son adjusted in 2-3 days at Buggles. Team provided a excellent care and love and he is so different boy now. He love going to buggles.

My son absolutely loves attending. We started out in the nursery and all the girls are so caring and attentive to the children's needs. At times they need to cover absences and things get lost in translation and door drop off and pick up can take a little while with covid at the moment but that can't be helped. I honestly can't fault this daycare and I love the photo updates I get during the day.

Both my young boys love Buggles Atwell! The educators are all so warm and welcoming and both kids have learned so much since starting at the centre. They love the big yard with so much room to run around and play, and I love that they come home tired but happy every day!

We’ve been part of the Buggles family for the last 6 months. At the beginning we found issues not finding shoes, socks, water bottles, reports on development, which were notified and corrected later. After the new centre Director, we have seen so much improvement in the service, communication with parents, organisation and learning activities. We are happy with the service and my daughter loves to go to school every day.

I love the consistency in care of Buggles Atwell and the environment is so welcoming! I enrolled my daughter here 3 years ago when she was 3yo and she loved it and now my 2yo son is there as well and is absolutely thriving! I like that that they pack the children's days full of activities and no two days are the same. I get constant updates and frequent photos! They have their own rooms for their age group and also get to mingle with other age groups in the outdoor play area. The staff are always so friendly as well and I would highly recommend this daycare in Atwell above others we did trials with. My son looks forward to going each day. A fantastic child care centre all round!

No words can describe the love we have for the educators and childcare centre. My son had a bad experience with his first childcare centre, it was hard to trust another but we came across buggles in atwell and they did not disappoint. My son as well as myself felt so comfortable and although all the educators are amazing at what they do. He had a special feeling for Brooke! When she gave us the tour, he latched on to her which he normally never does. That's how I knew okay this is the one. So we thank you so so much for everything you have done and if we weren't moving interstate he would definitely continue his days there! Highly recommend. My kids had been going to Buggles now for nearly 2 years, we haven't encountered any issue. Staff are very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Facility are great and my kids does enjoy going to the Centre. Thank you!

The girls are so lovely and caring. I can never thank them enough for taking care of my son so well. The centre is modern, clean and tidy. The out door area is fantastic. There is a rabbit and some chickens. Highly recommend Buggles Atwell.

Our family has been a part of the Buggles Atwell family for the last 3 years. First with our second child 2015-2017, and now with our third (2018 on).
Ever since our first experience back in 2015 we have been impressed with the staff and their care and attention with our children. The staff are amazing, and our kids have developed great relationships with their educators. The centre has a great feel to it, and the natural play area outside and animals has given our children great sensory experiences they would not have received at our previous daycare centre.
Whilst we now have a lovely new daycare centre just a few houses (and walking distance) away from our home, we will continue to make the trip over the freeway to Buggles Atwell until we no longer need the service.
Thank you to Candace, Erin and staff for providing our children with such wonderful care. We really do appreciate it.
