Buggles Child Care Maddington

My son Brock has been attending Buggles Maddington since he was 2 years old. He is now 4 years and 5 months and still loves it! Even when Brock began school Kindergarten for 2-3 days per week I kept him enrolled at this centre instead of an OSHC service as he LOVES the centre and staff so much. Some things that set this centre apart from others for me is the team, they have been there for so long, it’s hard to find a service that retain staff; the donations to the community (bread and vegetables) ; the centre pets (family of rabbits) ; and the strong implementation of Aboriginal culture represented throughout the service. Special shout out to the Centre Manager Mel who makes up morning coffee bags for parents! And a special shout-out to educators Denise and Tara who Brock has developed such extra strong bonds with!

After pulling our girl out from another daycare that had only been open a few months, we were very cautious of placing her in another. However this daycare turned out to be what we were looking for.
Excellent daycare service! Teachers are fantastic. Our daughter blended right in and made lots of new friends. She’s learnt so much there! Highly recommend to all.

I am very pleased with the care Buggles Maddington provide. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My child is very happy too. If I could add more star I would I believe they deserve 10 stars.

The staff here are lovely. They always make a fuss of my son and he’s well taken care of. He’s more than happy to go in with them and often waves goodbye before I’ve even put him down. Always in a good mood when I collect him.

We love Buggles, even Magdalene (my 4 yr old daughter) i in kindy now but she still wants to stay in Buggles Maddington once a week. The teachers and staff are kind and care. Just love it!

All the staff have been really kind and helpful, my daughter has hip displacia and they have been great in putting her brace on when it was required. The constant updates during the day about how she is going is Amazing as it helps settle my anxiety of leaving her to go to work. She has developed a good relationship with all the staff there and doesn't mind leaving me every morning which is super reassuring to know she is happy with the daycare and programs given to keep her entertained and learning.

Terrible childcare center dirty environment for children. One day I went to pick up my child the educator had a try of fresh fruit and a towel paper in her hand she had put a piece of towel paper on the dirty wet ground with some fruit on it the poor children were eating them without knowing that the fruit were contaminated.after seeing that scene I stop sending my son there.

The staff at Buggles Maddington are great. They always listen and share your child’s development.
My son has grown so much in his time with his educators. They treat him like he is one of their own children and I love it.

This is one of the worst childcare my daughter was going there for 2 months they don't really care about the children and also for the last day the childcare took almost $300 from my wife's account with out of letting her know after six months from last day of my daughter from this centre

This childcare centre is terrible after a bad experience I have from this centre I don't even want to send my child to any childcare I prefer to send my child to my friend and pay twice than sending her to a childcare centre. I send my child for a shor time she never didn't settled there every day after I would pick her up from the centre she would cry and was being grumpy until bed time so I decided not send her to any childcare centre and not only that but also after the the first day I sent my chid there as I didn't know about the childcare rules they didn't guide me properly and as I had my child's childcare subsidy approved they still charged me standard price after a week when I learnt that almost $600 were gone from my account then I went to the centre and they simply told that there is an app you have to agree there first then your Chile's childcare subsidy will on I had another child in a different childcare few years ago there was no rules like that so I didn't know that I had to do that but what makes feel so bad is even the manger knew my child's childcare subsidy were approved she didn't contact or let me know. Mel the Manger is so rude and helpless.

My children absolutely love going to Buggles. We’ve seen such a positive change in both children, in both behaviour & development and we have peace of mind knowing they are well looked after.

My daughter attended this centre in babies and toddler room for a year before 3 years and now she is attending in schoolies room for vacation program. She is very comfortable with the educators here. After she was 2.5yr got a break for 2 years and she goes back now.she is very happy to see the same educators. They take for excursions in schoolies room which keeps her engaged.

My son (toddler - 2.5 yr) attends Buggles full time 5 days a week. Initially I was nervous to send him care. But he got settled soon.

"All the educators attend promptly during drop off time and they settle him very soon. He now goes with happy face. During the pick up time, the educator always tells the summary of child's day".

Things I love about this centre and educators

* Educators are permanent and same. I know most of them since 5 years - not changing often helps kids to familiarise with the place and confident.
* They do regular nappy checks
* Provide water bottle during meal time. Maintain milk bottle with hygiene
* Have a nutritious balanced diet planner
* Educators prepare lots of learning activities (indoor and outdoor)
* Post lots of pictures while kids are engaged with activities
* Upload the meal, sleep, sunscreen, nappy checks into the app very quickly
* Educators make good observations on their skills and write a detailed summary of every activity they upload in Xplor app.
* The centre has good facility adequate space for bags, drink bottle, hats. * Clean and well maintained furniture for kids, lots of toys, books, games
* They change the room setup regularly to create different activities.
* Have fish tank, chicken and ducks in centre which my kids get excited while getting in to the centre
* Have a small library for kids to take book home and read.

Cynthia guided and eased us during the enrolment process. My son's current educators Priya and Kiran are amazing and very dedicated. Thank you Buggles team and I highly recommend this centre!

My daughter has been going to this centre from last 2 years, and we are extremely happy with all educators there. The way they teach these little kids amazing. They all are lovely and competent in their job. My daughter loves all her teachers.

Horrible management. Always a problem. No one wipe our kids face or redo hair after nap time. Way too many kids clothes missing.

My son has been attending for 7 years now. Can not fault the care and supervision given to my son Blake. Thank you to everyone at Buggles for your care of my child.

Maddington Buggles is an extension to my family, they have help my wife and I raise three kids. As we are both working parents, buggles maddington was a god send. Their Service, Facilities and most of all Staff are friendly and helpful. I always get comments how our kids are well adjusted, social skills and developed other skills fast. We couldn't do it without the fantastic Staff. If you are looking for your kids to be than Buggles Maddington is the Place to be.

Absolutely love this centre as does my son! With my hectic work life they've been very supportive with late notice bookings. Daily updates shows amazing days spent. Educators are like family now for the both of us, thanks guys.
