Buggles Child Care Brookfield Place

We absolutely love it here! Our daughter has been attending Buggles Brookfield Place for almost a year now and has started at the Babies room and subsequently transitioned to the Toddlers room. I can tell that she really enjoys her time in the centre with how excited she sounds when she “tells” me how her day was, and she knows the names of almost everyone in her room – from the educators to her classmates. And my daughter sometimes role plays their activities when at home, with her acting as the ‘educator’ and giving instructions confidently to my husband and I (being the ‘toddlers’) - really funny and heart-warming at the same time!

The staff are exceptional – professional, warm and friendly, and I can say that they genuinely care for our child. The activities prepared are also well thought of which caters to the learning and development needs appropriate for their age group. The educators keep you updated via the Xplor app – the photos for their activities are so lovely to look at, you can see the toddlers engaging with each other and with their educators; looking at the photos is one of the highlights of my day! The centre management has also been exceptional in supporting us with our requests. Thank you very much to the whole Buggles Brookfield Place Team!

Where to start? ! My toddler absolutely loves it here. A month in and he settled so well. All the staff are very professional and experienced, they always come up with creative ways to keep the kiddos entertained, the food is healthy and the environment is very friendly. The location of the daycare is perfect for people who live in town, they have a drop off carpark as well. I absolutely made the right choice for my lil one. Highly recommended

As a parent all you need is to know that your child is happy and safe when he/she is at the daycare. My daughter absolutely loves it here. No dramas while dropping off and doesn't wanna leave when we go to pick her up! Activities are good. Educators keep you updated on everything via the xplor app.

The center management very flexible with all our requirements. They had a lot of staff changes in the last few months but they managed it effectively. Been going here over a year now and it has been great overall.

Buggles Brookfield place is a clean and safe environment for both of my children. The staff show such dedication to the children as well as being so professional. One of my children had a trouble settling in but the staff worked with her constantly and now she is excited to go to Buggies Brookfield place every day. I am so satisfied, me and my children could not be happier.

We would NOT trust our kids with anyone else! Our Marni comes home absolutely BEAMING with joy after a day spent with her friends @Buggles Brookfield place. Can honestly say, there is more than one awesome staff member here, more like a team of awesome staff. Great location, always clean too!

This Centre has been so convenient as my little boy can come with us on our trip to work, and is always close by! Buggles Beookfile Place really helped me ease into childcare as a first time mum and mum little boy has made great friends with both other children and educators!

The staff here are super professional and always put the safe, health and wellbeing of my daughter as paramount. The activities are fun but also help the kids reach their milestones. The daily updates are professional and the photos we get every day are just another way the team there makes you feel like part of a family and not just a number. The meals are always freshly made with consideration to any kids that may have allergies. The Team there listens and understands the needs of each individual child and treats them with respect, kindness and care.
I can't recommend this day care enough, it has made all the different to me returning to work and my daughter developing in a safe and exciting environment! Thanks guys!

The services provided are not up to mark,
They believe in more show off and it seems parents working nearby have no choice and center takes advantage of their situation.

Request parents to focus of kids learning rather than just getting rid of them
for 150$ for full day.

I have experienced this kind of situation and we changed the daycare now no matter we have travel little bit but it’s worth for our kids future.

I request Buggles to focus of quality rather than quantity.

We have been at the centre for nearly 2 years now and my child and I love it. Great communication with the parents through KindyHub and the daily emails which give me a great insight into what has been going on throughout the day and something to talk to my child about on the way home. I would thoroughly recommend the centre to anyone looking for high quality care for their child.

Extremely happy with the center and the love and care of educators to my 16 month old twins. It is unbelievable the amount of activities that they can organise in a day for the babies. The Kindyhub app allows you to see pictures of what they have been doing during the day and share them if you want. My family in Spain waits for the pictures everyday.

Strongly recommend the center and the Educators. Thanks Ale, Veronica and Nadeesha for the good work. Thank you to Rosalie, the cook for remembering wishing me a good weekend every Thursday because Friday we stay at home (amazing attention to detail). Thanks also for the kind smiles of all the educators in toddlers every morning when I cross the room to leave the pram.
