Thank you Budget. The hire car was in excellent condition and the overall experience was first class

Was given a lovely little car to drive found it drove nicely only thing the head rests pushed your head forward so uncomfortable.

Given wrong size car. Was told to come back tomorrow for another waited another hour next day. Front desk said he was not told by previous staff. The previous staff was present but running around avoiding customers. Not going to use AVIS again.

Poor service, rude!
Car smelt of cigarette smoke, and I was basically told that I was a liar because the guy drove it for less than a minute out to the front of the building, said that he did not smell it! Would actually give them a zero star rating, but l can not do that!

Staff member I met at Malaga was very friendly, helpful and professional. Vehicle that had been hired on my behalf by RAC was immaculate. Overall, a good experience.

I thank rac it was so good to have a reliable car just to have for my travels to work and back. The staff signing up was polite and I left something in the car they retrieved it straight away. I would of gave 5 stars if the money was refunded in a 48hour windows. Other than that a great service

The service was excellent but as I I'm leaving for Malaysia on Monday so I want the $240.00 urgently

Pricey. Pick-up and drop off times should make a difference in the charges. I paid $260 to use the truck for no more than 3hrs.

No probs apart from two hiccups. The wind keep moving left mirror, so i could not see. And the auto cut off stopped me from filling the fuel tank fully.

Budget advertised 5 cars where available so I booked one. About 2 hrs.later (and after making arrangements as I had a hire care), a message was left saying "no cars available". This was despite receiving a confirmation online that the vehicle was available. I called Budget and it took approx. 40mins for them to answer. When finally speaking to someone the excuse was the rentals are "subject to availability" even after confirmation. False advertising, terrible service with no empathy for the inconvenience caused.

Great price for a weeks rental.
Car was clean, tidy and comfortable.
Extremely economical on fuel.
Easy pick up and drop off.
Would definitely recommend hiring a car from Budget Rentals.

Car hired was nicely presented and the hire process quick and easy, only issue I have is the deposit payment taken from my account immediately, apparently now takes 5-7 business days to be credited back to my account, I have returned the vehicle making sure it was fueled up and cleaned ready for rehire, so why do you drag your feet returning the deposit monies.

Truck very easy to drive, loads of space. Only complaint was not being able to operate hoist from inside truck. Very hard for us seniors to try and climb up and down

Reliable vehicles, only used one truck for a couple hours to move furniture and i came back with a full tank, around 3: 55 just before closing, and the fuel gage showed it was at least 1mm or less down, and the male worker told me to go down the nearest fuel station and then he left and locked up the premise.wasn’t very happy considering leaving a vehicle after hours falls under your responsibility if anything happens to the vehicle.

Great service, friendly staff and extremely easy process. Clean and comfortable car. Met all our requirements. We needed a booster seat, they provided one and installed it on the spot. I am extremely happy with everything. Highly recommend.

They allow you to book a car for pick up when they aren’t even open. No call to clarify they were closed nothing. Just rocked up after our flight and found they were shut. Rang customer service who were rude and didn’t help at all. Worst service I have ever had.

Overall I was very satisfied with my first time experience hiring a commercial van from Budget, only negative is that the van’s cabin area was dirty? Dusty dash & old fried chips on dashboard?

We had the use of Budget Hire car while our car was off the road. The vehicle provided was great and supported the needs of our family during this period.

Arrived at 930am as per booking policy of 2 hours notice. There are 12 people in the line and 1 guy serving, we have already been waiting 30mins. Pathetic!
