Budget Car & Truck Rental Kununurra Airport

Spoken to somebody today by the name of "Ian" to get some info on car hire. He wasn't at all friendly or helpful, the type that would "lecture" you if you ask the wrong questions. I would not to give my business to this place.

We booked a car for three days. On pick up the staff member Ian was unusually rude and unhelpful. It was actually too much effort for him to point out where the car was. When asked he said “out there”. On return he was actually ruder. If I were Budget I would be putting up a “staff wanted” sign. Thrifty and Avis appear friendly. Good luck.

I called up to ask about dates over the Muster, the staff member I spoke to was extremely helpful and was able to set me off in the right direction. It was refreshing to receive honest and helpful information and I wish all regional tourist outlets the best of luck for the season in what are challenging times.

Due to car issues we needed a hire car. Ian had what we needed and made the process super easy. Fantastic and friendly service. Highly recommended)

Ian and his team could not have been more helpful. He went out of his way to help us in a tricky situation, his custom service is outstanding and very much appreciated. In future I will only use Budget Kununurra.

We've hired a lot of cars in our time and never had any problems. Haved charged us a cleaning fee for stains we never saw and ee say we never made. We will be contesting the charge and escalating the issue. There was a small food stain in the back that we got out but they still charged us. Avoid at all costs.
