Car was great, clean tidy, service great and polite.
Parking problems on return. Not enough bays

Check in was a bit slow, with a new staff member, vehicle great, return service excellent.

We were an hour late because of our plane delay, Hertz closes at 6: 30 pm yet stayed open for their clients, budget however, didn’t when I phoned up to get assistance to their credit they sent someone out 25 minutes later to give us our car, but when I spoke to the lady, she said they could make you wait in till tomorrow to get your car and I said that would be a little bit inconvenient because we flew out that morning if you can’t cope with delays with aeroplanes budget, don’t be in the business of renting cars because planes to get delayed, it seems we just a pimple on budgets rear end!

Disappointed because looks like the vehicle was not given to me with full tank
I only did 130kms in two days and filled 21.5 lts fuel does not make sense

A few glitches but nothing that can't be sorted out. This was done with professionalism. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Will definitely recommend Kalgoorlie Budget especially for their good service.

Grear service when collecting the vehicle at Kalgoorlie airport. Vehicle is clean except for the windscreen, it needs serious cleaning for the inside surface. Could lead to driving hazard as it reduces vision.

Absolutely useless. No longer provide receipts to customers. YOU have to go online somewhere and find it. Booked through Qantas and booking number not recognised on Budget website.

Returned keys to the wrong desk. My fault. Should it cost $260? It does. Avis from now on.
