Budget Car & Truck Rental Bunbury

Useless I don't recommend. Cost me $50 in taxi fare after confirming all i need to bring with me first to be sure, only to fill in all the paperwork and checks just to be told the machine doesn't accept my type of westpac bank card. This was after confirming first to make sure that it would be accepted. If a person can't pay cash or eftpos in this society then what good are we? Thank you for nothing. Will not use again.

I got a rental through my insurance. I was served by Chloe and she helped me through the whole thing. Thanks Chloe!

We hired a car from Mandurah and organised and paid extra for a one way return in Bunbury as we’re visiting family and we’re leaving Sunday (tomorrow) so we had to return the car on Saturday (today) to the nearest location as you’re closed Sunday’s (tomorrow)
We received a call yesterday asking what time we’d be dropping the car off so we agreed on a time (thinking maybe they’re really busy)
As advertised though, they should be open from 8 am - 11 am.
We headed down there just before 9 am as per arranged time and we waited for almost an HOUR until someone showed up in thongs, casual clothes, kids and friends in the car complaining that she’d spilt coffee on herself. There was no professionalism, no introduction so we couldn’t get her name. Clearly had better things to do than to perform a service that we as customers have paid for. Question is why did you falsely advertise your operating times on your company website? Were you meant to have been open during those times and your employee wrongfully and extremely unprofessionally took advantage of her role? Either way if this is how they operate normally I would highly NOT recommend.

Although the staff were very friendly and helpful they did not have any trucks available for hire in Bunbury

Amazing service. Had an incident and was left out to dry with the Perth office - but Bunbury kicked in. Peta is a gem! She went the extra mile and did so super kindly the whole way. I would go 10 stars if I could. Thanks Peta!
