Budget is my go to when in Broome. Wade and his team are organised and friendly. Easy to understand and fast pick up of car. Car was absolutely clean, like new. Highly recommend

Female working at Broome Airport on July 23 is possibly the rudest customer service person I have ever met. Tried to sell me an “upgrade” from Camry to 4w/d barge of a car for one person, then told no choice, nothing left. I booked 4 months ago. That part happens occasionally, no big deal. Then argued my rate multiple times, said they had gone up, even after I showed her my Ipad email reminder confirmation from two days ago. She asked if I wanted the car or not, and I was truly thinking at this point if I could get out of it. Then asked for $500 deposit, which was not a huge problem, accept she argued $500 was in the terms, which it was not ($250). There is more, but enough said. Reported to Manager Wade and Budget customer service. Neither cared in the slightest. Budget never followed up my complaints about different terms then emailed. Tarnishes the brand, It used to have some integrity.

After another Car Hire company that we booked a car through wanted to give us a 12 seater bus, Budget Broome not only saved the day but our holiday. Could not recommend these guys highly enough. 10 Stars

Easy and quick booking online thru my Qantas acct. Also, my reservation for a standard car was updated to a 4WD with the same rental rate. Happy customer:)

Hired a small car from Budget Broome, great vehicle, clean, comfortable and zippy, pickup and return fast and efficient, very friendly and helpful team members Will definitely look at Budget again for my next hire Brian

We were barely acknowledged including what to do with the key when we returned the key after hours.

Vehicle was a little older than other hire cars and it still cost me over $240's to hire for 24 hours. I'm really sure they could have reduced the price for the age of the vehicle you would entice more people to hire for shorter term or perhaps that's the ploy make people hire long term only?

Battery ran out with no cause. Think it was jump started previously and not dealt with. On arrival told computers down and 4 days later told the same. The RAC assistance far more helpful.

Very grateful to have had a lovely car for the last 6 months while my car was in the panel beaters. Staff have been great thank you

Standard rental service until.got hit with a $420 bill for a dust clean. No compromise from the management despite explaining that the aircon blew dust in to the interior when turned on.
My advice is to take lots of photos before and after and give the car a once over before return. It will save you from an unexpected and expensive suprise.

Wade was flexible with our booking as we weren't sure whether we'd need 4xw drive and had it change it once we heard back from the accomodation. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and reliable.

Great car well prepared. Good guidance from staff on limits of use and the car went very well for us.

Car was a new outlander. Already had front end damage to it.

Absolute joke, got here 27th, had a booking for a car till the 3rd got told on the day that they already booked someone else over me! No other rental cars in Broome. Cheers for ruining our holiday.

Oh and to think calling once and leaving a voice mail two days prior is acceptable is beyond a joke. Wouldn’t recommend this bunch of grubs to anyone.

Car bond was ridiculously overpriced! And I had to wait a long time for the bond to be transferred back into my account. I strongly recommend not using these guys again, plenty more better options. I visit to Broome often and I'm a local, many locals say these guys are no good too.
