The girls at the front were great to deal with. Super friendly and helpful, I had never hired a car before until Budget Belmont and its safe to say I wont be going anywhere else after this great experience!

Dean at Belmont was a pleasure to deal with: clear, straightforward and no-nonsense. Much better to deal with than the people at Budget's parent company's call center in who-knows-where who were quite aggressive and pushy.

We went to pick up a hire car arranged through an insurer. The staff member with whom we dealt was terse from the outset and, overall, very dismissive and unhelpful. She would not accept our debit card and fobbed us off to another Budget which did. The staff member did not even bother coming back outside (we were standing outside because of Covid restrictions) to tell us she had arranged the other vehicle at an alternative Budget. Poor experience.

Manager was amazing BUT Budget sadly missed the rest.had to hire whole weekend for a Monday early pick and couldn't drop off the following Saturday as they again weren't open due to C19? Sad cost us 3 extra days + $25. NEVER AGAIN!

Got done $400 for a chip in windscreen that had run in 3 days? Apparently.
Dunno what my $315 in insurance covers but I won't be renting through them again steer away if you want a comfortable well priced and clean rental. These guys are crooks and thieves.

The rudest staff I've meet in a long time, will not recommend budget to my work colleagues or friends

Really poor experience.dirty red dust all over the car, a $5000 excess for a Pajero which is just ridiculous and no call backs or friendly service. Would not recommend if you are after pleasant service and a nice reliable car.

Was given a new car with red dust all over the back seat had to make another trip back to Budget to get another car.

The bond of $220 hasn’t been paid back to me and it’s been 7 business days and their accounts department can’t help me til 2 jan another 4 days away as they are closed and there is nothing the shop staff can do. Just bloody poor in my opinion!
