Made a huge mistake for our Christmas order. Even though I had repeatedly rang and gone there to check on order as I was not confident in their process prior to day of pick up. Promised twice to compensate me and have received nothing even after the manager called and apologised etc.such poor service!

All the roast veggies were raw and therefore inedible. You can’t eat a raw potato and raw pumpkin isn’t nice.

Very good meal in the shopping centre. Plenty of food on the small, medium and large plates. Beef, pork, fish chips, creamy and boiled potatoes. Pumpkin and collie, just to name a few. Price very good.

Not a lot to say but the female owner is not good at Customer Service.actually quite rude.

Ordered a pork sub with slaw and aoili.
Sub was that hard it hurt my gums, ended up taking the 5 pieces of pork belly out and eating on their own.
No aoili as requested or salt on the chips. Staff do not listen, repeated myself 3 times and still didn't get what I asked for.
Can definitely see why the place was empty and there are way more bad reviews than good ones.

Very disappointed with the portion size I received with my roast meal. I had to ask for crackle as it wasn't served when I requested pork. I was charged extra for potatoes. Would not recommend.

Terrible experience every time lately. Rude service from staff. Food not made as menu states. Seems nobody that works here enjoys it or cares about the place.

This place had taken a dive and are not as good as they used to be. There so much salt in the chips. Even if you ask for no salt there is salt and it's over powering and the food has dropped in quality.

Soooo disappointing! Every. Single. Time you ask for a container of 200grams of pork with crackle to take away to have for dinner later they don't give you any crackle like they are saving it for something. I went again today 25.11.22 and asked specifically for crackle and got one piece that was like 2 cms - why can't I have crackle with my pork if I am willing to pay for it!

The food is done well, and it's rare you have to wait long before your meal is ready. Nice staff.

Bought 2 pork roast dinners. Even though they had a new roast there they gave us some dried up bits of pork. The cauliflower was overdone, the pumpkin no flavour. In all, couldnt eat so threw in the bin.

Nice food, but service from the young Indian girl is terrible. Needs a lesson in customer service as she clearly displays none!

I normally try to steer away from posting negative reviews but this outlet will give the entire franchise a bad name.

Well done on hiring young team members but train them and give them the tools to perform (girl had more success with the dull side of the knife).

My food was tepid when received and chips undercooked, sorry but I think it's going to take a change of ownership for me to return

Terrible service by a brunette 16yr old. I ordered a meal with chips, they're making my sandwich but don't put the chips aside. Someone else comes and orders chips yet I'm the one left waiting several minutes for a new batch. It should be first in first served, that's good customer service. Expecting someone who was there first to wait is terrible service. I enjoy your meals but after this I won't be returning. 0 stars.

I feel for you.
Unfortunately you clearly have no back up from your franchise head office as you have more bad reviews than good ones.
The food my god was shocking, The price just about knocked me flat $60 for 2 subs with weird tasting coleslaw that smelt off, or curdled not really sure then only 4 little bits of pork belly.
Sat there and watched the staff talking to each other laughing and taking as long as they could to make 4 milkshakes 30mins? Wow!
That’s what you get when you hire kids.
More supervision required on that side.
Came to counter and with half eaten food and was greeted with no hello what is wrong.
But just straight out rudeness.

Owner saying that there is nothing wrong with it and you have already eaten half of it.
I would say this doesn't happen once a day or a week but very often. Judging by the owners reaction to me. Your reviews are everything. You sell food make it amazing food not just expensive so so food. I am sure you took pride once and due to your franchise heads letting you down, You have fallen over a bit.
Pick yourself back up off the floor, put your emotions to the far left of you and say Hi Mam or Sir, We love customer feedback thanks for telling me.

Dont step down lower than you are stand up show them you are worthy of that store and you are more than able to make not just amazing food but the best food.
Challenge yourself, Ask questions. Dont get mad get answers. Good Luck i will be back in few months to try again.

Had a pork belly sub it was rubbish I think it was meant to be for a vegetarian. 4 tiny bits of so called belly pork I have seen more meat on lizards leg it was mostly slaw & the bread roll didn't look like it was baked.
Never coming back. Waste of money

Indian lady whom is the owner is rude and I'm sure they have plate standards regarding serving size and quality. Won't ever buy food from here again

No customer skills shown. Had to wait 20mins for a toastie. Only got the toastie because I asked. Even forgot the chips. Had to prompt the staff.

Indian lady here has absolutely no customer service skills. Rude and makes you feel like she doesn't want to serve you. She gives the smallest amounts of meat in the roasts meals too

Everything was soggy. Order pork belly meal and the crackling couldn't even be called crackling. Tasted as if I was eating rubber. The coleslaw was horrible as well. The meat was tasteless. Not worth $17.
