The “American Hotdog”…. I swear its just the plain frankfurts you buy at coles for 2.99 half a kilo.

Pork crackle was so salty i honestly thought i was going to die. My whole mouth is numb and i had to rush to buy water.

The girls that worked there today were clearly not interested in being there. Deliberately slow moving and rude to customers. Observed one from the kitchen scowl at a customer. I actually never leave a bad review, I just think their boss should know.

Ordered the mixed grill for breakfast, the menu said 2 eggs, we got 1 and it was uncooked.still runny uncooked white, 5 mushrooms, green raw tomato. I could only describe it as “slop”.

Roast pork sub. Pork was dry, and cut in large chunks. Requested pork crackling off the meat and was denied (this is the only reason I get roast pork rolls). Asked for a refund, was also denied.

Asked for roast pork all the vege. Got pork potatoes and pumpkin. Asked where the vege and crackle was. What a drama. Added cauli and left off the peas corn carrot, added crackle fat. Was only just warm, slow service. Tasteless.

Me and hubby had a classic burger and brisket burger. Burgers buns and ingredients were so fresh and tasty.
We loved our burger heaps. The lady who served us was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

I ordered Uber eats made sure to comment not to forget my gravy…… I think I got 3 extra I’m a big foodie so I loved this

Usually staff are very nice but today we were served by a very unwelcoming girl who ruined the whole experience here.she rolled her eyes at anyone who tried to order and was just plain rude.all other staff were nice it was just this one lady that ruined the experience

The customer service was really rude, none of the staff was welcoming, whenever we tried to order the worker kept rolling her eyes at you.usually the employees are really nice but this one was really rude.on the menu it said they did smoothies and i asked for it a mango passion, so the girl asked if they had any mango for the smoothies and the other girl rudely told me they don’t make them, after they talked about it and it’s ON the menu.i would not recommend this store.

Today I went to get a large chips from. Bucking bull and I ordered my chips I waited for 15min of my 30min break before I received my order after seeing people that ordered after me and ordered the same thing got their food before me

Ordered roast pork sandwich with apple sauce. No flavour in the apple sauce, pork was dry and cut up into chunks and then slapped on top of the sauce. Two young girls serving but have no idea what they are doing. Sons chips and gravy was just as bad. They waved the gravy over the chips and whatever sloshed out on to the chips that was it.

I have been here a few times always been good Today was a different story
Absolutely disgusting service by the blonde girl
She got my order wrong, blamed me after I waited for the rest of my order 15 minutes later
My friend asked for a napkin and basically got it thrown at her
I will think again about going back there

Chips way over salted and burgers lack flavour and are small.
I told the cashier about the oversalted chips and she just shrugged her shoulders.
At least the food was hot.

I paid $16 for an apple juice and a carver burger which was suppose to consist of pork, my choice of sauce and 'salad'. What I got was a tiny burger with a little bit of pork, mixed with my choice of sauce with old lettuce and 2 slices of tomato as the salad. The highlight of my meal was the apple juice as it was not prepared by Bucking bull.
Was not worth the money.

Just bought 2 large roast beef serves. Staff touching food with hands without gloves.not sure what hygiene training is provided to staff. Not coming here again nor recommend this store to anyone.

I asked for over easy eggs, only to be looked at like I was asking for too much. In the end getting under cooked eggs. Not only did I get what I didn't want, but the rude service I received was unnecessary.

Great staff and decent food, but not enough of it. Portions are tiny and prices are through the roof. I feel sorry for these guys getting bad reviews because it's not the staff's fault. The franchise has its prices set way too high. $4 for a bottle of water? I'll pass.

Waited 20mins for a toastie, went to ask how much longer and they had “lost” my order.
Then my refund was in all coins.

About 20mins ago i ordered 200g of roast pork - the girl that served me looked as though she absolutely hated her job and life in general! Me being there was nothing more than a nuisance to her! She hacked and threw the meat in the container.which I smiled and thanked her for but the slap for me was being charged $14! Sorry but I feel that was a little overpriced given a full plate of food is roughly that price! And the meat was dry and tasteless! Not a sprinkle of crackling either! I won't be rushing back guys.even if that was the price - customer service is everything! (to me)
