Into the City 1/11/23 with my best friend & knew I wanted another pair of Birks.my other 2 pairs still going strong after 2 years & wanted to "treat the feet" to another Birkenstock style.
My friend is also well pleased with her new Archies Pillow Slides!

Absolutely horrible service. Not one other customer in the store, I walked in wearing $300 Frankie4s (which you sell!) and was completely ignored by the shop assistant. I stood looking at the Birkenstocks for at least 5mins, finally had to seek the assistant out who was now at the back of the store, asked for my size, was given shoes to try and then she walked away. No service at all. I have been wanting a new pair of Birks for ages but I am not spending 100s of dollars on shoes with that level of customer service. I will just purchase online. Absolutely terrible service

Literally ignored by the store clerk.refused to look up from the computer and refused to help with getting shoes.would vote zero stars if i could.

Had a great experience from staff member Nicola. She was so helpful and was doing such a great job to keep up with the demand of all the customers. She really went above and beyond for what I was looking for. 10/10 recommend paying her a visit. She is also located in the Karrinyup store.

Waited close to 3 months with no response on my repair. When I called they said they have forgotten to contact me. When I pick up, they don’t even seem to care. Not going back to this store! Worse customer service ever

I purchased a pair of new Doc Martins here and experienced friendly and knowledgeable service from the staff. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with approachable demeanours from all emloyees. I was served by Amanda, from start to finish, making the process streamlined and personalised. I left feeling as though I had received one of the best experiences in terms of retail shopping, as of yet.

If I got a option to give them more worse I would choose that one the worse experience of my life with them

Popped in for a look ended up buying 2x shoes. The girls working were amazing best customer service, thank you will be back for more.

Great looking store with a good selection of footwear, sales assistants are friendly and helpful, however, I recently had the need to have a phone conversation with the Manager who was rude with an arrogant attitude towards my issue. I will be buying future Birkenstocks elsewhere.

I had wonderful service in the Perth city store from Amanda, she was very helpful, and only to happy to track down the shoe I wanted and get it in for me in record time. Amanda also remembered me and my name when I returned to collect them. Totally recommend you ask for Amanda when visiting B Store Perth.

Great store with big range of quality shoes. Staff are friendly and helpful. Loving my new Amsterdam Birkenstocks - thanks heaps Amanda. Now just have to bring in my Arizonas for repair. Highly recommend Bstore on Hay St.

Little gem of a shop in the city. Amanda had a pair of shoes delivered to my doorstep the very next day when the size I wanted wasn’t available in the city store.
