Bstore - Whitford City

I received great Customer Service at Bstore Hillarys. All staff helpful and friendly. Huge thank you to Sarah for going above and beyond to locate the the shoes I wanted.

First off I hate buying shoes as I’m a size 41 and it’s something I try to avoid at all cost. But due to stand long periods at a time I needed some comfy shoes.
I was greeted by a friendly sales assistant. This poor lady could tell this wasn’t an easy thing for me to do, she pointed me to the right direction. With several styles and choices we narrowed it down to 3 pairs.
At the end I purchased 2 fantastic shoes and definitely looking forward to seeing the great team again when I purchased my next pair shoes.
I would highly recommend this store to anyone who’s insecure about your feet like myself. Honestly for the first time I didn’t feel judged or ridiculed at.

The service at this before was outstanding. We were served by Charles and she was amazing helping us out with what we needed. There products we have purchased for our kids over the past 4 years have been great!

Great customer service by Sarah and Katie they knew so much about birks as I’m a nurse and wanted to get some birks suitable for a full days work in healthcare! Hands down will go back again to get another pair. Thanks girls x

Great customer service! Was kindly greeted by all staff members on entry into the store. Katie did a fantastic job in helping me pick the correct shoe, helping with sizing and style of shoe which best fit me. Happy customer will be returning for my next pair!:)

Had a great experience in Bstore, the staff were so nice and welcoming they were so helpful with the Frankie 4s I was looking at, I was looking at an everyday shoe to wear and they showed me the Nat shoe and it was so comfortable and was a great purchase I’ll definitely be coming back to Whitfords!

Had the nicest experince bought a couple of Frankie 4s in the style Nat, I wear them to work everyday and they are so comfortable! The girls were so lovely and welcoming will be coming back again!

Fantastic service every time I walk into the store from all of the staff members. I'm very particular with the fit of shoes and have found the staff to be extremely patient and helpful with them ordering different sizes and styles for me to try.

Wonderful staff, knowledgeable and friendly, gave us space and time to chose my first Birkenstock. Then something turned out to be wrong and now the test point of good service was passed. They handled the hiccup with good communication and generosity. Thank you, you will see me again

Very poor customer service. Been there twice to buy Emu boots, the girl in store seemed to be too busy making phone calls to attend to my needs, or even just acknowledge me. Better hire someone who knows what it means to be a good sales.

Friendly staff and looks like a large range of Birkenstock’s, but when you ask for a size they rarely have it and have to order it in. Then will only hold the stock until the end of the day it arrives or they expect you to pay for it before even trying on. This has happened on a number of occasions. Poor customer service policies such as this, it’s no wonder people shop online. I’m giving up on this store.

This store has the best selection of stylish and comfy shoes and sandals - even, wonderfully, for my age-group and rather specific tastes! The sales people are lovely, helpful and efficient - so buy your next shoes from there! Xx S

An excellent store for Birkenstocks and great quality shoes in general. Bstore really focus on comfort with their stocked brands and the service is always wonderful. Staff here are welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable.
