Bstore - Garden City

Can't go lower than one star unfortunately. Very disappointing shopping experience. Extremely unhelpful and unwilling staff. Order got cancelled without any communication, I am just lucky I followed up on my own. Definitely will never return.

Terrible service. 3 times asked for a size and they never came back. If you don’t like your job - leave

I was served by Winfred at the Garden City store. He was most helpful and patient, explaining the different footbeds available etc. He was also helpful with products to refresh my old Birkenstocks and make them like new again. Thanks

Whenever i'm feeling down i make sure to go to bstore to buy some new shoes as i know it will put a smile on my dial! Chloe is always very helpful and makes me look as cool as i possibly can, definitely a 5/5 would recommend checking this place out.

Friendly and helpfull people. Shoes quite expensive but worth the price you 'll pay them made by cork and real leather.

Recently bought a Birkenstock OQ from the guys. Love the shoes and obviously loved the bunch how they go out to help and find you the right pair. Hats off to Chloe for taking the time to understand what I need and then suggesting what would work best. She and the whole team is a Gem ️ Also recommend it if you want some cool birks definitely a place to go to

I Love supporting Australian owned companies and found the pricing at Bstore very competitive with easy online ordering. The option to zip pay is very handy, I’m very happy with my Frankie4 they’re a great brand, not only light weight and very durable, they look great too for work. For years I brought cheap brands and found they just weren’t lasting and after a period of standing my feet ached, I finally bit the bullet and brought Frankie4, worth every penny and haven’t looked back. Highly recommend!

Their is a limited choice and it's a small shop. Centrally located.

Went and bought birkenstock mayari white pearl on one of the selling ladies advises, who was very knowledgeable, helpful and honnest in her thought. She knew where to find which shoes where. Unfortunately I went around the shopping center to think about it before coming back to buy it and when I came back the knowledgable lady had finished her shift, very sorry for her after doing all the hard work an other seller less knowledgeable got the sell.

Staff on Wednesday were friendly, helpful and fun to talk to. Unfortunately my size wasn’t in stock but they helped me locate it elsewhere! Thanks guys.
