Rob has been amazing to talk to. He has helped me so much in processing and understanding my past traumas and how to heal from that. I couldn't be more grateful.

These guys are truly wonderful. I've spoken to both Elisa and Stacy, and I always feel stronger and much more positive afterwards. They also manage to squeeze me in when it feels a bit urgent. Highly recommend them.

If going in for a fitness for work assessment be wary of what you say, lost my job due to them twisting my words in the report given to my employer. Completely different scenario when talking to them in person vs the report, thank you BSS.

The day after we went for the worst marriage counseling ever where the advice was "break up and stay in the same house" my wife completed suicide. If you have relationship problems I would stay well clear of BSS Psychology services.

Confidentiality doesn't exist here, if your employer refers you here.ask for somewhere else. Found a confidential report in the printer at work regarding information I didn't consent to being released, as it wasn't factual.

I came into BSS for relationship counselling. My (M) partner (F) and I had Sophie and she was brilliant at moderating conversations and giving both of us the chance to speak in a way that was more constructive. She is really good at what she does and we wouldnt have been able to have the conversations we needed without her expertise. Very happy and well worth it.

No use. Unprofessional. I have contacted them for sleep program. They took all my details and said they will contact me in a week time, never bothered me to contact. It’s now more than 3 weeks. What a bunch of losers

If you want to finish your marriage use bss. You won't find a more incompetent discriminating man hating councillor.

Not only did I find out later that my privacy was breached (information/report i didn't give permission to be released- released to site based OH&S - was actually found in a printer!) but Senior Staff members to be rude and Arrogant, making wild accusations in which couldn't be back up by facts/science/ or tests that were purely their own speculations and conclusions.

Might be different going there as an individual, but if your employer sends you there.request another service provider!
