7Great little Brumbys, perfect for locals. They handle complaints from unreasonable people very professionally too. Yummy food, do recommend!
The food here is of a very high quality, with delicious chocolate croissants and amazing iced donuts. The service is always exceptional with friendly staff. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because they are frequently out of stock for various foods such as donuts as they are very popular and as such it would be of high benefit if they baked more foods, despite that the large selection makes up for it, if you come here and want something and they don’t have it, they’ll have something else you’ll love.
One of the all time great bread shops in Western Australia and even managed to score a sweet lunchbox!
Coffee machine was 'off' even though the coffee sign was outside, well before closing.
The Franchisee Alison needs to pull her head in and treat her staff and customers with a common decency. I was very disgusted by her aggressive behaviour towards myself and her staff member when I raised a concern. I will be addressing this concern with the Retail Food Group
The old woman was rude. What's the point of driving all the way there to try the product only to be told you can't use your vouchers from the Entertainment Book. Obviously letting the Brumby's Franchise down.
Served by a very rude woman who gave me attitude when I asked her not to pay pass. She didn't even know the correct way to insert the card.
