I can’t believe how rude you were to my daughter today about her hair colour and it took a phone call from my daughter to point out how rude you were to her to get a apology. I would like to point out to you she has been coming to your store from a small age and you used to comment on how nice her manners were. How disappointed to think she see’s you through different eyes now. Maybe think before making comments because words like that could push someone off the edge.
I visited my local brumby’s this morning as I do most mornings. I’m usually met with great customer service, however today I was left disappointed. I asked for a coffee, however it was met with rude comments and blunt facial expressions. Such as “it is too hot for a coffee and why would you want a coffee. ”, “it’s going to be one of those days where I have to keep making coffee. ” This experience made me feel very uncomfortable and not welcome. I will not be returning again.
Terrible, rude service. Never has enough rolls. Don't know why I continued to go there for years.
Beautiful store, excellent customer service and absolutely delicious fresh food. I recommend the Lemon Custard Glen. Kids loved the cupcakes! We'll be back.
