Got a beef & mushroom pie and it was cold & didn’t have any mushroom. For $5.00 I’m so so disappointed.
Bought a loaf of farmhouse sourdough yesterday afternoon. Gone to have some this morning and it's rock hard stale.

Excellent cakes, buns, breads etc. Absolutely yummy. The staff are also lovely people. My favourite bakery.
Brought a pie with a side serve of attitude. If I wanted to pay $6 for an average pie there is 100 other places to go and most of them you get a please or thank you. Not in a hurry to go back
Came in once and the lady was grumpy at me because I disrupted her phone time. Got a spinach and feta thingo which made me quite sick
The young girls that work here need to be re-trained in customer service. Every time we come to this store we are greeted with rude attitudes. While the food is delicious.the rudeness of these girls behind the counter leaves a bad taste in our mouths!
Cakes are never fresh here always get stale matchsticks and over ten dollars for 4 stale cupcakes, wouldn't mind paying if they were baked that day and never offered a box when buying cakes just thrown in a bag you have to request a box, wont be going back another disappointment for canning Vale
