Bruce Avery Transport

Transport my car at Bruce Avery last year December from NT to WA, it was a very very nice experience. Car arrived in a week while I was still under home quarantine, and they didn’t charge me any extra fee for the late pickup. Nice service and price!

My pilot van broke down short of port Hedland. Delivered to Bruce Avery and van was shipped back to Perth over the weekend. I had to fly home so Bruce Avery receptionist delivered me to the airport. Outstanding service for a stranded pilot.

This is the second time I've used Bruce Avery and they've been awesome both times. A camper trailer from Perth to Darwin and a motorbike from Darwin to Perth. They came in a lot cheaper than a well known competitor and delivered ahead of time! They went above and beyond to help out, I had to leave Darwin in hurry so left my motorbike at a friends house. They came around picked it up and sent it on it's way. They didn't have to do that, but were very accommodating and communicative the whole way through. I rarely leave reviews but when a company goes above and beyond I believe it needs to be acknowledged and celebrated. Thanks again Di and team keep up the good work.

Very unprofessional service! They were the cheapest at the time but they are not 'good's insured'. So when my jet ski arrived at the location, it arrived with no cover, filthy black with dirt and oil marks over the ski. I also had to buy a new cover for it as they wouldn't take professional responsibility for what they had lost! Always read the small print! (pay cheap, pay twice)
