Custom built radiators are poor quality and expensive. Wont ever buy any product from there again. Didn't even last two years. Don't want to know warranty

Went for a custom alloy radiator. No problem. 2 weeks later job hadn't started. No problem we'll get onto it.
Next week.my radiator put by way side. Needed by the end of the week. Promised wednesday. Not done. Promised by Friday before close of buisness. Went down 1/2 hour before close of buisness. All closed up with no phone call to explain or apologize.
Left with no option but to ship my car interstate with no radiator.
Not happy.
Looking after bigger jobs seemed to be more impotant than everyday customers. When i complained about the lack of service i was told rudely to take my radiator and leave. Poor man couldn't even explain or apologize for his incompetence.

Quality workmanship, reasonable prices, good advice, friendly service, good blokes in the workshop as well as the office.
