Broome's Gateway Pet Friendly Caravan Park & Lodge

Excellent camp spot with water and reasonable unpowered sites and they are huge sites. Great set up and amenities. Woyld recommend.

Packed like sardines We were given a spot for our caravan amongst the permanent residents. Very small sites are a challenge to parked Tradies grinding concrete next to us dusty & noise.

It's a non-powered caravan park. The sites are spacious, you can connect to water, the rates are reasonable, the showers are 6/5. I'll be staying here again

You get a patch of red dirt with access to toilet & water (no dump point).
It's 70km round trip to get to Broome. Marginal if the fuel cost and time is worth the extra cost of a close in site.

We really loved the rustic nature of this place. It didn’t bother us at all being 25 ks out of town, it suited our style rather than being cramped in like sardines like most in town caravan parks do.
Big allotments, water was in abundance and excellent for drinking too. Best showers ever.
Great hosts, Nicki is lovely.
My only small qualm is that there is no dump point but there are really good clean toilets to overcome that.

Seriously. The best paid campsite I had so far traveling Oz. The caretakers will go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as it can get! VERY clean amenities and quiet in the night. Thank you guys so much!

Staff very helpful and friendly. Pet friendly park. Amenities clean. No power so need to be self sufficient. A little out of town but worth the peace and quiet. This was my second stay and will stay again when I come back.

Cheapest place in Broome dirt paddock camping water but no power. $45 /night unpowered but better than rip off Broome @$70 per night if you can get in

I only stayed one night. Staff at check in were lovely.
Only negative was that there is Lots of dust, no grass and minimal patches of gravel.
Ammenities we’re amazing though. Loved the bathrooms and shower pressure.

Great park. No powered sites but set in the bush. Large sites. Good amenities. Nice to leave the rat race of Broome for the serenity of the bush each night.

Great location, huge sites, plenty of good water, clean ablutions. Easy drive to town without being jammed together staying in town.

$45 per night no power no water. 5$ for 6 free range eggs. This place is ripping people off because they can.

Great spot to camp away from the crowds. Plenty of water, good amenities and even a wash bay. We would have spend half the price of a nights stay just at the car wash if we didn't come here. Very accommodating and helpful staff. Heaps of washing machines & line space too!

Can't recommend this place highly enough. We broke down 150k's away and had to be recovered there without a prior booking. Everyone was very helpful even though we arrived after 10pm. Excellent, quiet park, very large bays, nice amenities and very friendly and helpful people. We will definitely be back

Great clean facilities. Although lots a vans we didn't feel hemmed in - good wide n deep bays many drive thru. Fantastic laundry and heaps of hanging space (really appreciated by the boss)
Highly recommended not that far out of town

We stayed here 11 days in all coming and going North. Appreciated the nice big bays with plenty of space unlike the feeling in town of being in a refugee camp with wall to wall caravans and annexes close enough to hear people snoring. Back to the Gateway which is a short drive from the Roebuck Plains Roadhouse with good food and sports bar, only 20 minutes from Broome. The park has clean facilities, lots of washing machines with ample hanging space, which meant that there was no need to camp in the laundry to grab a machine when it became free. Adequate camp kitchen (no freezer unfortunately), BBQs, communal evening fire, friendly staff. I liked particularly the recycle station for all the empty bottles and cans instead of sending it to landfill. No powered sites. Would have like to see a generator free area for those with solar, but that would be my only complaint. Otherwise, can definitely recommend Gateway.

The most friendly, helpful and great staff. The place is beautiful, staff is very accommodating, units and campsite set up for pets, great outdoor space and it is obvious to see how they thought about everything (recycling, kitchen area, leashes in front of the units so the dogs can have their own space and also the off leash dog area.
I have no enough words to recommend this place further.

My trip was a disaster but the Broome Gateway and the reception lady (sorry I didn't catch her name) gave me a good re start (thank you for the hug when I most needed).

When you stay over, make sure you spend time watching the stars late at night and see the kangaroos early mornings. This place is beautiful!

Recommend! But caravan blocked the park entrance when checking in.there is only one way to enter the park

Brilliant. Staff were great. Very helpful. I had to make repairs and they accommodated my needs. If you are a touring person you will luv this place.

We were recommended Broome's Gateway, while travelling, and it is fantastic caravan park to stay.
With hot showers, and site are very large.
And we will be recommending this park to other travellers.
