Went to Broome Toyota as we were having trouble with our Nissan, asked if we could get a mechanic to look at our alternator the lady at the front desk was so rude and unhelpful telling us they don't deal with Nissan and that they can not help, we know that it is not a Nissan outlet but cmon some who does not come from that town needed help and was just discarded DISAPOINTING! Lady if you do not have people skills and any form of consideration for people,
then find another job, we will also be making a formal complaint to
head office. We had better service from Hedland Toyota when we got there, friendly, polite and at least they got the mechanic to look at the car, fixed and we were on our way will not be recommending Broome Toyota to our friends, family and travel companions.

I called this dealership a couple of weeks ago when in Broome to question whether a mechanic could have a quick look at my Camry Hybrid that had a continuing slight rattle coming from the rear, as I needed to drive it back to Melbourne. Deb at the reception advised me that their service area was very busy, but nevertheless she suggested I stop by just after lunch at which time a mechanic should be able to have a quick look at it. A mechanic called Tim attended to the car for a few minutes and checked underneath – he advised that there's nothing untoward going on, which gave me that added peace of mind for the long journey home. A month ago, while in Kununurra I had a few issues with my 200series. I took it to both a local mechanic and Kununurra Toyota. Some work could be fixed but other problems needed parts to be ordered. Both mechanics gave me full details of what I needed to tell Broome Toyota that they would need in the way of parts when I took it into them on the 4th July.
When I rang to book the car in on the fourth, I clearly stated what parts needed to be ordered in and that if they had any queries Kununurra Toyota had said Broome Toyota should contact them so they could explain what needed to be ordered.
After spending a week hanging around Broome (had visited Broome on previous occasions and was only there to get the work completed on the 200series), yesterday I dropped the car off at 8am, I was told it would be ready by around 4pm. I walked the streets of Broome, filling in time while waiting for the call that the car was ready. Around 2pm as I was walking past Toyota, I noticed that my car was still in the exact position I had parked it at 8am.
At 4pm, I arrived at the service desk to be told no work had been carried out on my car as they needed to order in the parts, I would need to bring the car back in a couple of weeks.
Doing my best to keep my cool I explained that all the information about what parts were required had been given to the gentleman when I booked the car in. The lady behind the desk stated "I didn't book you in, it had nothing to do with me. " I had not accused the lady of doing anything but with that response I feel she was trying to defend her failure to order the parts.
For your own sanity, stay clear of this business

Very impressed with the support, and speedy service required with my vehicle on a recent trip to Broome. Ryan and Tim in service department were exceptional, as was the mechanic understanding and accommodated a quick repair. I cannot fault the customer service at all. Thank you team. You should be very proud of how your customers are treated.

I have no idea how Broome Toyota are still operating, very poor service for a global company.

Waited 9 weeks for our car, called twice a week just to get an update even had to do some calling for them to get warranty sorted to have our bushings done

But we just needed the CV Foots done and it was just over 1 week the part came.towards the end we were told we needed CV shafts replaced, we were fed up and just wanted our car so we said we'll get it done another time, turned up to pick our car up and we were charged for the CV Shafts, I asked to put a complaint in and i had to talk to the manager,
I expressed that we didn't like that we had the CV shaft fitted and we didn't consent to having it done and how unorganised they were, it taking so long, he said what do you want us to do take it off. And we said we didn't have the car for 9 weeks we don't want to wait any longer. We ended up paying for it. Emma was really nice about it but Ryan was a total tool

Will never use Broome Toyota again

Phoned to book our car in for a minor service as it wasn’t due yet we just wanted the oil changed etc. The lady quoted me around $240. I thought that’s reasonable so I booked it in and budgeted that money. When my husband picked the car up he was charged $725! That’s a big bloody difference. Now we are short $500 which is a big deal for us being so close to Christmas and having a little one to provide for! Another money hungry scamming business.

I am absolutely speechless with the exceptional customer service I received from Ryan and the Toyota team. I took my car in to be looked over and serviced. From the moment I dropped my car off it didn’t matter how busy they were, they ensured I was throughly looked after. For someone who has very little knowledge Ryan took the time to explain every minor detail and pricing no matter how silly I might of sounded with my questions. I could not recommend the team Emma, Ryan and Pat more. It was the first time I didn’t not feel as though I was looked over or being ripped off. They take their time and effectively look after each individual customer.

I had a problem with the car sales yard lighting blinding my residence at night making outdoor use of veranda uncomfortable. Broome Toyota responded well and adjusted lighting so that it is much less of an issue. Thank you BT. Very professional and community minded business.

Thanks to Chris and the team at Toyota Broome for their superior friendly service. Chris went above and beyond to source new log books for a second hand Nissan Navara which I purchased and the previous owner had lost. All previous service history was provided, along with new books which he sent in the mail. Couldn't be happier.

Service was very slow seemed like a lot of people walking around and people could be helping others out maybe the staff should have to help out in other areas don't get us wrong have always bought our vehicles from Toyota and have never faulted the service we go Thank you

I agree with the previous review, there was more one than one instance of staff slinking away behind doors and avoiding eye contact with incoming clients. I have been in business myself for over 30 years and have become familiar with this type of behaviour from staff, however other clients may take a dim view of it. Communication was also a bit hit and miss (I followed up on my own emails each few days). Not withstanding, Dave, Brendan and Clint are all worth a mention here. I feel they worked very hard to achieve a positive outcome for the client, all at a time when an under resourced work place was clearly at play. Special mention to Brendan, as he is a quality person.
