Awesome place to stay while in Broome. The caravan sites are spacious. The amenities are clean. The staff are very helpful and at $45 for a powered site you can't complain.

This park is a pleasure to stay in. Remember it's an overflow park for the town and for most a last resort. The rate, $45, is very realistic for what is offering and in some cases nearly 50% less than town parks.
There's 3 blocks of amenities, loads of shade, staff are very pleasant and helpful. Perhaps a little old-fashioned but sometimes that's a plus.
The council has a ruling of a 7day max stay in every 3mths. Would have stayed longer but time was up.

Have all your needs in the van park, hot showers and laundry facilities. The gun club is there too. We stayed 5 days, because town wasn't far away.

Very basic, but everything you need for couple days stay. Clean showers & toilets. Only two showers. But it does say, showers for people who don't have one. Washing machines, clothes line's. Bit daunting at night, for someone like me who turn me around & I'm lost. But that's just my problem. Did get lost coming back from toilet one night, rang hubby

Booked in for 2 nights with power. $80.was given rules.ok when someone pays for Power you don't expect rules to say no air conditioning! Didn't see it till we had paid.rip off I think.should be pointed out when you pay.oh well taught me to read rules before paying.couldve saved $20 and gone unpowered.just saying.

The people are friendly but really don't recommend this camping. It is very overpriced for what you get. We have a tent and it is only build for camper/caravan. They wanted us to drive our low clearance car on a concrete platform. We paid 32 dollars a night for a unpowerdsite. There are limited showers and toilets. The showers were cold every time someone flushed the toilet. There were only two old washing machines and they were always full. It is very busy and packed. You camp almost on top of each other. Very sandy and dusty. Sorry but we won't come back

Absolute lifesavers! With nowhere to stay in Broome, the Pistol Club took us in despite already reaching capacity. Lovely owners and caretakers, as well as great facilities for an overflow campsite. Highly recommend and thank you for taking us in as well as letting us charge our battery!

Amazing! Fantastic place, maximum 7 day stay and no bookings required, which was an absolute bonus seeing as every other caravan park was booked out for weeks in advance. Just rock up after 8am and hope that someone leaves, 8 people left so we had no problems fitting our 24ft motorhome in, at $35 we couldn’t complain only praise. Toilets and showers were clean and well maintained. We have travelled half the country so far and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in the heart of Broome! Very close to everything and a great price to match! Thank you so much for having us, if we decide to do a second lap, we will be back!

We have no complaints about about this overflow. We were lucky to get Power and water with a concrete slab and shade. This site is superior to sites we have paid a lot more for in caravan parks. There are 3 sets of toilet/showers blocks through the area. The one near us has one toilet and 1 shower for men and women plus a laundry. I haven't had to wait long to use it. Not all sites are as good as this one but you can't best it for the price. Unfortunately you can only stay 7 days a season. You line up from about 8am outside the gate and you walk up and sign in and leave your phone number then head back outside to caravan. You will get a phone call when they have a site suitable for your caravan size. You may have to go onto unpowered site and shift to a powered site the next day. We were lucky and were able to move from unpowered to powered that morning. The staff/volunteers were great
No complaints from us.

Very quiet and friendly staff lots of trees for shade lots of lovely twittering birds and not many bugs, (I think the birds take care of them)
Apparently this place is only open when all the other caravan parks are full but is very busy the park is actually set in front of the local pistol club and in my humble opinion should run all year round

My first experience with a pistol and wasn't disappointed, walked form the Kimberly backpackers lodge just to try it out, and was given a water on the house, and greeted by one of the club members that let me give it a go. Was a great experience and I felt like they all looked after me at the club, fantastic experience and has opened my eyes to a new hobby, thanks all at the Broome pistol club for the great night and the support! Would highly recommend as a must do.

Thanks Broome Pistol Club, you were a welcome site from the full & overpriced caravan parks in the area

Great overflow camp. Watch the Cops practise with their side arms. Powered sites are limited, some unpowered sites have access to water others are a mile away.

Cheap overflow camping which is only open in High season. Unpowered site is $25 but amenities are very basic and not a lot of them. I always camp here because of the price.

Cheap and fairly cheerful site. Some sites are tiny.check first. Toilets and showers clean but scarce.

Great staff and sites are comfortable. More suited to caravans and hard floor camper trailers. The concrete slabs are not great for soft floor camper trailers
