Pathetic service. What's the point of appointment? When you have to wait forever to be seen!

Dangerously Incompetent. Avoid this practice even for minor medical issues. One consultation has disadvantaged me and delayed much needed treatment. Disgusting service from start to finish.

I'm sick as a dog. Doc never contacted me with results as she assured me would happen. I rang practice. Was told to expect a call from doctor with official results, treatment and further certificate extension. 5 days start to finish and still NO BLOODY PHONE CALL. Shameful, disgusting, negligent "care/service".

No one available to answer the phone at this practise. 12: 30 midday on a Friday. Just trying to book an appointment…. I’m also looking for employment, can answer phones.

Had booked a longer appointment to discuss a mental health plan only for the doctor to tell me we didn’t have enough time. I explained I’d booked a longer appointment because receptionist said that was best option for discussing a plan. Doctor replied with “Id rather not do it today”.

After unsuccessful attempts to get an appointment at other medical practices around town was fitted in straight away by Jenny the receptionist. My wife and I both had our tetanus shots by Dr. Richard Turner. Wow can I say what painless injection technique he has. Thank you all so much for your understanding and care you have showed.

My experience at this clinic was traumatising- the doctor told me all of my results were normal and dismissed my symptoms as 'anxiety' and brushed me off entirely, then receieved a call two weeks later (after weeks of being seriously ill) that one of my results was positive for a virus. Would have saved a lot of stress if she has said all the results weren't back yet. A terrible way to spend my holiday in Broome.

Went for my T extension medicals on 5th Jan 2018. Everything went alright. After the medicals, I told the receptionist that I had previous experience that the doctors failed to forward the medical outcome to DOT. She promised me that she will email a copy to DOT and personally guaranteed me that its in good hands. A month passed and on 5th Feb 2018, received a call from Taxi Despatch Service that I have been barred from driving cause T extension medicals expired. I tried to explain but they couldnt help as the DOT has instructed then to bar me from taxi dispatching system. Went to DOT Broome n they rang few people in Perth n came up to a conclusion that they never received copy of my medical outcome. Rushed to Broome Doctors Practice to find out what had happened. After 20 min of wait, receptionist found my medical paper got stuck on their printer for a month. A month? ! This a joke? This are the people beat their chest and called theirself as professional and doctors. The person who suppose to send the medical report and email it was the Practice Manager. How responsible is that Manager? How responsible is the receptionist who promised me that she will deal my medical paper personally? U guys wanna trust these people with your life? Think again.

The place it’s quite good and friendly. Doctors are good but system sometimes a bit tricky. They charge me a full doctor consultation for giving me back my blood test only. (5 minutes max.) Quite greedy and tricky if you ask me. Doctor consultation it’s $85 which it’s not that bad for the quality of the services.

Absolute rubbish. Tried to charge me $70 just to pick up an ongoing script. Not one doctor is still there that I've seen in the last year. Margaret River doctors practice charge $10 for script pickup and can fax it through to the chemist. The dr that I saw, dr bill Houston, spent 4 minutes with me. When I questioned the $70 fee, his reply was " that's the way it is". Actually it's not bill. Not at all. Only a scumbag would steal from the sick.

I highly recommend Broome Doctors Practice - all staff are friendly and efficient, the Doctors are approachable and very knowledgeable and the online booking service allows you to make appointments at any time of day (or night.)

I have been a patient at Broome Doctors for the past 7 years and it is a very professionally run business with very friendly and helpful staff and Doctors. The practice manager Leslie Parker has helped me on several occasions and always finds me an appointment if I need one urgently. My main Doctor is Dr Sally Cornelius and I cannot speak too highly of her. She is very thorough and explains every thing she is doing and why in simple terms. She has rung me at home on quite a few occasions to explain test results when they have come in and any follow up when required. I have not had that service from Doctors before and I am impressed. I have also had some appointments with other Doctors at the practice from time to time and I have always found them to be excellent. I would recommend Dr Cornelius and this Doctors practice to all.

Every Dr we have seen at this practice has been wonderful. Our Dr is Zirvana very thorough and very caring with her patients we would recommend this Drs Practice to anyone needing medical and personal advice and support.
I really like the way if you need to be referred on for further clinical management by visiting specialists they follow through to make sure you have received the appropriate care.
We love this practice they have taken such wonderful care of my husband since his stroke.

We have been coming to the Broome doctors practice for years and we have had nothing but positive things to say! Our family Doctor is Dr Zirvana she is very professional but at the same time is very kind and considerate to all our health needs, she genuinely does care about our well being and we always walk out of her office feeling confident with our treatment plans. We highly recommend Dr Zirvana, the practice and the front desk ladies are all amazing!
