Thank you, Michael, and the team at Broome Cycles. What a great place to do business. From the first time I set foot in the store, I was greeted warmly. Nothing was too much trouble. I can truly recommend their service, selection of bikes and range of accessories.

A big shout out to Mike at Broome Cycles for his excellent customer service. I brought my bike in from the airport in a big bike box. He assembled it for me on a very busy Saturday morning and checked that my seat height was perfect. The 5 star service was really appreciated. Thankyou Mike.

Hired a E Fat Bike yesterday afternoon on Cable Beach, absolutely epic, Bike was awesome and something you must do in Broome, next time i will pack the Esky head down to part of the beach with no around

Can not speak highly enough of Mike and the team at Broome Cycles! We wouldn't have made it onto the Gibb (for the Gibb Challenge) without them! They were so willing to go above and beyond - from lending us a bike rack for our trailer when the one we had organised fell through (2 days before we were due to leave!), to servicing and repairing our bikes before, during and after the challenge! You guys are amazing and we can't thank you enough

Myself and a mate rented bikes for 3 days to explore Broome and Broome cycles did not disappoint!
Isaac greeted us and helped to get our bikes sorted! Was an easy pick up and drop off!

We had a bike bar problem on our Campervan and ebikes had to be sent by road to Perth. Carl advised then organised to break the bikes down and pack up securely for transport. Could not recommend highly enough. Thank You Carl and Michael.

Amazing customer service. We got a bike serviced and the guy was super knowledgeable and did the job perfectly. All of the staff were great and the environment had a great vibe.

Tried two or three times to get a cash deposit back for bicycle hire but they have stopped replying.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to here. Broome Cycles looked after me. I felt welcomed and comfortable to ask for help with my bike. They were super patient and understanding answering all of my beginner questions and went above and beyond what they had to. Had me off and riding in no time. Much appreciated. Thanks team.

We rented a mountain bike from Broome cycles for 5 days. Bike was in great condition and staff were very helpful.

GOLD! Best in town! Michael and Moesen looked after my bicycle, changing my bottom bracket in no time! This is especially amazing, considering another shop telling me it needs to be cut apart and the whole set changed, because apparently the screw doesn't come off. Guess Michael just got the right senses in his fingers, skill and his heart at the right place. He also noticed my gearing was out of whack and just adjusted it - just because he can. Just popped a new chain on, bang, all sorted. Back on the road, ready to keep touring without any delays. Thank you so so so soo much for the amazing service, tutoring and shared passion for bicycles. I am amazed with your service and will recommend you all over the place. Stay well!

They seem to be the only store that rents bikes so little choice! I contacted them two months ahead of going to Broome and they didn't have any bikes left. I made a web enquiry 3 weeks before arriving with no response and then went in when we arrived in Broome and was told come back on Saturday and they might have one! I called as I could not get in and in spite of calling numerous times and leaving messages they did not get back to me. Then I found they had a van in cable beach as well as the store and I finally got two bikes. The service at the van was fine but the bikes were mediocre. So I couldn't recommend them but as there are no alternatives!

Really helpful people. We were in holiday in Broome for a week recently when my daughter’s bike was suddenly found to need a new tube and back tyre. Though it was an unusual size, they managed to fit one the same day, in between serving customers on a busy Saturday morning. Great Aussie country town service!

I wanted to rent a bike for Saturday. But the guy said we close at 12.30. He said you have to hire it for 2 days bring it back on monday morning. I told him I'm.flying out in the morning. I thought very inflexible. They have the same hours as perth used to have years ago. Oh well if they not interested in money
