7Excellent, clean facilities, and Michael and Mary are the nicest people you could meet. Out of the hussle and bussle of city life and not too far from Gingin, The Observatory, Moore River and lots of other attractions close by.

Very clean and nice owners. But the common area in the middle to cold because it's open. The double rooms are two small and there is no wifi.good for short stays!
Good, affordable accommodation in Neergabby and a perfect place to stay while doing farm work in the area
Great place to stay if doing your farm work in the area. The owners are lovely, and the facilities are always clean. No WiFi available on site though, it gets really warm in summer and no pool available but guilderton beach is 10 minutes away.
The owner very nice to talk with backpacker, but some people will make a noise in the public sometimes, if you like quiet, you can asking owner the further information.
Just come back from the most incredible 3 days at this beautiful establishment.
Our Team legend members 9 of us in all went on this getaway and we could not believe what a awesome place it is to stay as a group. The place was so clean and had everything possible that you need. Mary and Mike were so friendly and helpful.
