Thank you Brookleigh Spa! I spent majority of the day being pampered and can’t recommend this place enough! A great experience and just what I needed! Thank you!

Got a $250 voucher as a gift and used it on a mini facial, mani pedi & brow wax/tint.the pedi was no where near the quality you'd get from a place in a shopping centre despite being twice the price.she didn't even scrub my skin. I decided not to bother with the mani.after the bright eyes treatment my brows and lashes looked exactly the same. I've got $45 left to spend but wouldn't use it on any of those treatments.just glad I didn't spend my own money.

Had a massage and facial. Was nice and professional. The grounds are beautiful to wonder around. Team were comforting and professional. Sometimes I do not like salons because staff can be quite annoying and talk to much or try and make you purchase more services/products this is not an issue at brookleigh at all.

I bought my partner and I a couples massage for this place. Wow! Saw the photos online, but this place truly is stunning. The whole atmosphere from the moment we walked in was pure relaxation. The treatment itself was amazing and the therapists had great client care. They wanted to know if we had any areas we needed to be concentrated on and they worked their magic. The room was warm and inviting. We were treated like we were the only people there. All we wanted to do was sleep at the end, so relaxed and pampered. Had a lovely herbal tea and choccie biscuit at the end and were told not to rush, relax and take our time. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this place and we will be back.

After reading everyone else’s reviews, I wondered if it was the same place.
Treatment rooms were not what i expected. Therapist didnt even introduce herself.
Was told “just” having a Facial so remove top part of my clothing and lay down and place a towel over myself.
No where to hang my cloths or put my bag, just left on the floor with my top draped over it.
Towel wasn’t even long enough to cover my feet.
I got wrapped up in a blanket that didn’t even feel like it covered me. I am not a fuller figured person, I’m average height and weight.
No explanation of treatment, i did say i was there to relax, however, i had product dropped into my ear during application, a quick 5 min scalp massage whilst the mask was on, if thats what you call it, running a probe tip comb through my hair then rubbing my scalp?
When the treatment had finished i was to meet the therapist in reception thinking i was going to sit with my beverage, but two women where there so i was ushered outside into the cold, sat in an area that was dirty, extension cords left laying around (work Safe issue), therapist went back inside, i waited for about 15 minutes waiting for her to return. Nothing.
Got up went back inside cause i was cold.no one in sight.both beauty rooms doors open, no therapists around, waited another 5 mins - no one came so i left.
I didnt know if the $150 gift certificate covered my “treatment” or if I owed anything more - (this was given to me as a gift for my birthday) feel like it was a total waste. Getting to book the appointment was about the only positive thing i can say, speaking with Jackie she was very helpful.
Very disappointed, i have only been to one other day spa and that was Keisha in The Vines and they actually treated me as if i was the most important client they had that day.
Sorry ladies bitterly disappointed.

What can I say about this place. It is beautiful! There is a Balinese style pool and garden area, the building itself is something from a fairytale. Smells so beautiful as I walked in and there are candles everywhere. Had the most beautiful treatment here which my partner bought me as a birthday present. The therapists themselves are very attentive and know exactly what they're talking about. Had such nice refreshments and cups of tea. Everything about this place is so relaxing. Loved that I was wrapped in a cocoon and felt so warm, snuggly and pampered. The weather was pretty bad outside so I was sat in a beautiful apartment named The Lakeside. It was warm and cosy and I must say I felt very special. Thank you Brookleigh and your therapists for making me feel amazing. I will most definitely be back and I will be bringing friends and family with me too.

Having tried out a few of the top end day spas, I really can't give this more than three stars. The attention to detail is really not there, for example the music that was playing kept getting stuck and the CD had to get moved on or changed, It was really just your average day spa, nothing special and it's a very long way to go. We had some food and two "cold" drinks afterward but neither were chilled, more lukewarm, including the white wine. Considering it was a very hot day, that was rather disappointing. The ladies were nice and friendly though, no issues there

I don't know where to start, this was a terrible experience.
1. The "platter" was a joke.
2. The "massage" was more of a 15 minute backrub where the Therapist kept removing both hands from my back and moving inconsistently from one area to another. Then she left the room!
3. She applied the back scrub and 2 minutes later wiped it off.
4. While the face mask was on she noisely washed the bowls.
5. The head massage consisted of a few areas of pressure being applied and her hands getting tangled in my hair.
6. There was a screaming child running up and down outside the door throughout.
7. A massage, back scrub, facial and head massage was squeezed into a rushed 60 minutes.
8. This was supposed to be to the value of $270. And certainly not a relaxing experience.
9. There was no one there afterwards to discuss our grievances. So I sent an email.
10. Long story short, the Spa coordinator, Jacquie, gave the worst Customer Service I have ever encountered. Rude and not at all interested.

Rebecca my therapist was amazing the most I've been relaxed and I'm 7 months pregnant, the package was just perfect. BEST head massage I've ever had

I sent my sister in law to the day spa for her birthday. She loves natural products and is vegetarian and they were very accommodating for her. She felt very well looked after and it was a special day for her. She mentioned that the drive to get to the day spa into the Swan Valley was nice and relaxing and that she seemed very far from the city once she was there (but it didn't take her long to get there) which was a bonus as I hadn't even thought of that went I booked her in! Thanks very much to the Brookleigh team.
