I don't recommend taking passport photos here. The photo looks terrible by the person didn't concern about how you look in the photo. I took 30 minutes to get there and was only worth 2 shoots in 5 seconds and received a terrible photo.

Passport photos were $25 for 4 physical copies and a digital one sent to your email. The photographer that took my picture was patient and friendly, didn't rush the process and made the experience feel a lot less tense than it could potentially be. It was overall a very quick process, and quality of the pictures in both forms were decent.

We went here today based off the good reviews on taking passport photos of toddlers. They were great! Would recommend coming here if you have toddlers that can’t sit still long enough.

Terrible customer service. I went to the effort to email my photos across only to be told in a very rude and unprofessional manner when I arrived that they didn't have time to print my photos for me because I had sent too many. Apparently more than 9 photos is considered too many. They only had one customer ahead of me so were not particularly busy. I had two young children with me and went to a lot of effort to go there and I was shocked to have been spoken to so rudely. Their prices are also higher than other photo printing places and the quality is lower.

Went there for the chinese passport photo shoot. This is the second time visited.first time for my parents.this second time is for my wife and myself. The digital photo could not pass the chinese consulate online application system, so have to go back to adjust. The lady owner was very patiently and friendly and she adjusted the digital copy for us to make sure it pass the online check and reprinted for us.

I am sceptical of the quality of my developed film but the man at the counter was very friendly and the service was very affordable.

I had my US Passport photos here. The service was outstanding. The photos were subsequently accepted for my passport so they did them correctly.

Horrid customer service, pathetic photo quality. Had to get passport photo for my 6 month old. Attending the store were 2 grumpy women. First try by grumpy 1 resulted in a slanted profile. My son was not even fiddly during the shoot but she could still get a slanted photo. Oh right that’s because she used one hand to snap the photo! If we did not request to see the shot, she would have printed it straight away.

Second shot was straight but after it was printed, the whole colour photo looked yellowish. Just like vintage sepia type of filter you put on mobile phone photos. The white shirt my son wore looked yellow, together with his sclera. Jaundiced? I think not after checking him with my eyes. Grumpy 1 just stood there, waiting for me to accept it. I asked for it to be sorted out and the second print came back the same. Then grumpy 2 came by and said.wait for it. “it’s cream not yellow. That’s as good as it gets”. So what I get from grumpy 2 is that the quality of the photos that the store produces is that bad, doesn’t get any better than a yellow tinge on a coloured photograph. Wow.

I’m not sure what those positive reviews were about but I definitely received neither normal service nor normal quality prints. Not to mention good. Probably worth considering camera house anywhere in Perth. Appalling attitude that doesn’t deserve a revisit.
