Broadwater Resort Como

Rooms are huge and well appointed but the pool is advertised as heated which is very misleading as it is solar heated so hardly warm and spa is freezing. We booked this place for Easter due to the heated pool but couldn’t use the pool as was so cold. Very disappointing.

Excellent accomadation could not fault it clean, comfortable and close by are restaurants in fact one next door where we dined also very good. There was great communication from staff to client. 5 Star from me

Wasn't what I was expecting. It's wasn't a terrible hotel, but it wasn't what I was expecting for the price and the amenities.

Great venue with kids.pool area nice with bbqs and apartments have everything you need. Reception staff helpful and friendly too. Would definitely come again

Good location, rooms clean and tidy. Water pressure failed a couple of times and dryer only worked in 10 minute intervals other than that all good.

Apartment was clean. Comfy beds. Very centrally located to Perth and Airport. Pool awesome for kids. My grandson and granddaughter loved the pool. Very reasonably priced especially for family getaway. Thanks we enjoyed our stay.

I absolutely love this resort and will 100% be back. The staff have been amazing, the room is awesome. The showers are divine … you don’t want to get out - great water pressure and extra large water fall shower head.

The pool is fantastic, so well designed and thought out. There are great shallow areas for the kids plus great shade and relaxing reclining sun chairs. The restaurant is also excellent.

Absolutely great hotel and very reasonably priced.

Close to the city - 10 min drive.

My husband took us for the weekend here and we are in love with the place. The bed was big enough to fit us 4 and the kids enjoyed the pool very much.

At first glance the facilities look amazing, but they are let down by extremely high amounts of dust left on the ceiling fan, kitchen cabinets and aircon units, which are all visible from the loft area.

The spa are not really warm, not what I expected as it was advertised as a heated spa,

Left extremely underwhelmed as the price point does not match what is on offer.

The location is fantastic, Close to freeway heading in either direction, the zoo being just around the corner and everything you as far as shops is a short 5 minutes walk away.

I have to say im pretty impressed. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with loft apartment. Comfortably slept 6 people. Newly renovated bathrooms are fab.
We had access to the pool even though its freezing cold. Will definitely be booking again.

Always love our stays at this resort. They are so accommodating for our room requests the rooms are always clean and fresh with great facilities and the location is the best in Perth

Such a nice place to stay, was a bit noisy bit can't really do much about that, only downside is that they advertise a heated pool.was definitely not heated lol spa was lovely though

Very clean and well presented unit. Swimming pool heated and spa was nice to soak in even tho outside temperature was cool. Enjoyed stay 4 nights

Great food (the spaghetti and meatballs were a hit with my Italian nephew) and the balloons were a lovely surprise

We booked for my birthday 1 night, unfortunately it wasn't a very pleasant stay it lacked fans in extra rooms in very hot weather otherwise apartment was nice & clean.
When I say this i understand kids are to have fun but when you have spent good money & you have to share a small pool with kids being encouraged by parents to jump dive bommy in the pool splashing us very immature, no consideration or respect for others while trying to relax on the seats.staff did absolutely nothing about it very dissapointing.
I dont reccomend staying here when its busy season sports week or holidays if u want to relax unless you have kids yourselves. I was unaware there was going to be sports team staying. After addressing the management they were kind enough to reimburse me but as I paid through agoda couldnt got gift voucher instead, so I will have to plan my next stay when its going to b quiet.

Very nice, disappointed couldn't get the nites i asked.traveled from Albany 4 kids 1 adult. Stayed Friday nite, then had to find Saturday nite accommodation, Then go back again Sunday nite. Too much to lug around with little kids. Went and found somewhere else.for the other two nites. Taveling from Albany you think they would work something out for us.

I'd like to edit this, the owner/manager of this place took their own time out to fix a problem they didn't have to get involved with. That's service you don't find anywhere else anymore.

Apartment was very run down. Cobwebs behind the curtains, dirty fly screens & just generally old looking. Really needs a makeover. Air con was only in main area so bedrooms were very hot and stifling. The cold tap in the shower wasn't working so it was far to hot to stand under. The restaurant was closed so can't comment on food. Pool looked okay but didn't go in it.

Really nice apartment. Good location. Library is a good idea. I got a book today that I’d been wanting to read. Pool and sauna was good especially when there was nobody there! The only downside we had was that pillows were too hard and the en suite shower wasn’t always hot.
