I visited Broadwater for a Molescan check up. The doctor was very professional and thorough. She suggested an eight week follow up which I felt was a very good plan.

The care and compassion I received from Broadwater Medical Centre today was as always amazing. From the moment I entered the building I felt valued and cared for, Gayle on reception was friendly and kind and as usual Dr Sarah went above and beyond to look after me.

Have been attending this centre for 10 yrs. Have always found the reception staff to be very friendly and efficient. My Dr has been fabulous giving me her time, professionalism and friendship.

Broadwater Medical Centre is the best I’ve ever been to. The centre itself was modern, spacious with everything at hand within the centre. The staff were very friendly & helpful.
Dr Anna Smart who I saw is absolutely Amazing. So thorough with so much knowledge. She explained everything in a very compassionate and personal way. Anna Took her time to explore every possibility of what was going on with planned ongoing care until sorted, Anna also covered a total holistic approach to my treatment. I would recommend Dr Anna Smart 100% and I believe all the doctors within this practice all have this approach, working together as a holistic practice which is fundamental for good health.

The staff member that answered my call was, bubbly, friendly and happy to take the time to find me an appropriate appointment time. The Dr was on time, friendly, polite and made us feel relaxed. The Dr listened about why we were there and what we thought might be required and was thorough in checking details and organised the relevant tests we agreed were appropriate. The other staff I witnessed were also professional and friendly, Great service, Thank you!
