Broadwater Mariner Resort

Fabulous place to stay in Geraldton. Comfortable and quiet with everything you need. Gorgeous pool and BBQ area. Secure parking and gated community.

The villa was very well appointed with a private patio. Under cover parking was very tight. This resort is a little way out of town. The hotel attached was good for a meal but does not open till 4.30 pm. The address for the resort is confusing as it is about 80m up the side street with no clear sign on the main road advertised as the advertised address.

*Went for a meal with family. A fridge had broken that day so over half the menu was unavailable (not their fault I appreciate), but what there was wasn't the best tasting food by a long way. Service was slow. I'd finished my meal before others even came out.
*The location is lovely. Watched the sunset from our table.
*Unfortunately we were positioned under a speaker so were unable to hear each other as music was just a little too loud.

I think perhaps we might just have hit it on a bad day. I'd go again just to see whether it was better on a 'good' day.

Nice place to stay except couldn't turn the main light off in hallway so had broken sleep

The Broady's a great place for tucker and a drink.the only decent venue with a sea view. But it's only open on Sundays for avo sessions!

This place is very clean and modern, we arrived rather early and despite being fully booked they said they would try to get us in as early as possible which was appreciated. Loved the rooms and the pool area. The food in the attached restaurant wasn't five star but still good none the less. Thanks for having us - Will be back for sure.

Great location and service, the pulled pork sliders (2) were good but needed some seasoning/sauce

This resort was beautiful and clean, right in the city and a few steps from the beach. Staff was very lovely and helpful. They is a nice pool, a spa and BBQ right next to the pool. BBQ was very clean and cleaning materials are provided to clean after yourself. Only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars was a dirty champagne glass. Would happy stay there again. Was really happy that we were provided a fresh bathmat and hand towel for each day we stayed. We were also impressed that the washing machine came with washing powder free unlike most places were you have to purchase washing powder.

Wonderful staff, handy bar with huge TV screen situated across the road from the beach. Restaurant in the bar is awesome! The rooms on the pool area are mint, very big and clean, very impressive

Neat and modern rooms with comfortable amenities. Friendly and accommodating staff. Short walk to beach and coastal walk, 5 minutes from town.

Recommend to anyone who would like to spend some quality time with loved ones in a very clean, quiet and nicely arranged hotel apartment. Love the pool and heated spa. BBQ facilities were sparkly clean.
On top of everything a big hats off to the guys for their honesty as they found a gold chain I left under my pillow and sent me an email asking how they may return it.

Such a great place. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a spacious 1bed apartment that backed onto the pool- which was where we spent most of our time. Very family friendly and good vibes. Clean and well appointed. Scott was so friendly and helpful. Will come again ️

Terrible service. Forgot to send our 2 meals out on a table of 6. Got told an hour later they could refund or cook them again even though the whole table had finished eating. The excuse was front of house sent the meals to the wrong table. Management handled it terribly. Tried to blame us because we ordered in 3 seperate payments even though our order was the one in the middle. Ruined a night out with family I hadn't seen in years. Will never return.

We booked the day we were arriving. Knowing it was going to be 40 plus degrees the pool facilities were top of our list. On arrival we were told pool was shut for maintenance, no previous mention of this. We thought ok least we will have the following day to spend in the pool. We called reception only to be told the pool is still shut. Really not impressed that the 2 nights we are spending here are we can't even swim. We would have not stayed here had we known the pool was shut for maintenance. I'm annoyed about the lack of communication regarding this.

Need to put business hours up on website. No answer at reception. Heading to a different location now unfortunately. Looked nice

Booked via work for overnight stays. Quiet, comfortable with a great nearby restaurant. Great shower and a comfortable bed. Budget accommodation but they do it very well. Recommended.

Stayed here for a getaway for a few nights. Perfect location, pools are great.
Tossed the idea between the mantra and this place. I think we chose well. Someone else said bring your own pillow. Very accurate comment.
Restaurants in Geraldton seem to close on Sunday and Monday, which is a shame.
