Brightwater Linen

I work for a hotel this company delivers too. The sheets are always stained, they never deliver what is ordered, and they don't even deliver half the days that the linen is ordered for. I can not fathom a worse linen company would be possible.

Brightwater use to do our laundry at one of our mining sites and I must say the service and communication was an absolute nightmare!
I was forever chasing them because our linen was late delivered or came back to us still dirty I would never recommend them to anyone if anything I would try and avoid them at will cost.

Brightwater, Its a dirty linen service. If you are looking for linen service form Brighwater Linen, please choose alternatives. I was working for them as a linen delivery driver for more than 5 years. Both contaminated and clean linens are transferred from site to in one truck. None of them are covered and both clean and dirty linen are touching together while moving. Floor staffs manage clean linen with bare hand, no masks, no shoe cover.dusty atmosphere and high temperature and air pollution inside the building during summer. You may get linen trolleys with broken brakes, very hard to handle.

If you want to work for them, you will be underpaid, no overtime payments. If you raise any concern, you will be removed from the position.

Talk about your dirty laundry? They'll launder it and do a good job
